친구의 추천으로 방문한 이 호텔은 다양한 관광 명소와 고급 상점들이 밀집한 편리한 위치에 자리하고 있습니다. 사전 등록이 가능하며, 도착 시 이름만 입력하고 셀프 체크인 시스템을 이용할 수 있어 국내 호텔보다 훨씬 편리하고 칭찬할 만합니다. 체크아웃 또한 신속했습니다. 엘리베이터 문이 열리는 순간 기분 좋은 놀라움을 느꼈고, 객실에서는 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었으며, 시설은 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 대광장 바로 옆에 있어서 주변을 걸어서 둘러보기에 매우 편리했어요. 주차는 호텔 자체 주차장은 아니었지만, 광장 바로 근처에 위치해 있었고, 주차장에서 호텔로 바로 연결되는 직통 엘리베이터가 있어 편리했습니다. 참고로, 호텔에서는 투숙 시마다 생수 한 병을 제공하며, 추가 생수는 구매해야 했습니다. 욕실 하수구가 막히는 문제가 있었는데, 직원분들이 신속하게 해결해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

위치가 꽤 좋았고 밤에도 조용했습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 방은 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사의 크로와상이 매우 맛있었습니다. 점심 너무 짐만 맡아줄 생각이었습니다만, 방이 이미 준비되어 있다고 하는 것으로 체크인시켜 받을 수 있었던 것도 기뻤습니다.

언제나 정말 즐거운 숙박이었고 직원분들도 너무 친절했어요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 각 층마다 원두커피, 차, 허브티가 비치된 커피 머신이 있어서 언제든 편하게 이용할 수 있는 것도 큰 장점이었어요. 그리고 멋진 카페와 레스토랑이 많은 주변 지역도 정말 마음에 들었습니다.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

호텔은 그랜드 플라자에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 로비 입구에 주차하기가 어렵습니다. 직접 운전하시는 경우 실내 주차장에 들어가려면 호텔에 미리 차량 번호판을 등록해야 합니다. 실내 주차장은 3개 층으로 구성되어 있습니다. 서비스가 매우 좋았습니다. 웨이트리스가 주차장에서 프런트 데스크까지 짐을 옮기는 것을 도와주었습니다. 방은 넓고, 조금 오래되었지만 건조하고 조용합니다. 침대도 매우 편안했고 매트리스도 너무 부드럽지 않았어요. 목욕용품, 바디로션, 일회용 면 슬리퍼가 제공됩니다. 칫솔은 없습니다. 아침 식사는 0층보다 한 층 낮은 층에서 제공됩니다. 아침 식사도 매우 좋았고, 제가 좋아하는 음식이 많았고 선택의 폭도 넓었습니다. 5성급 호텔은 장식으로 인공꽃을 사용하는데, 약간 싸구려틱합니다.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

Midi역 바로 앞에 위치하여 접근성은 좋았지만, 주변 환경은 다소 번잡했습니다. 그래도 호텔 내부는 비교적 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 호텔에서 세면도구를 기본으로 제공하지 않아서 따로 요청해야 했습니다. 보증금은 현금으로 지불 가능했고, 체크아웃 시 돌려받을 수 있었습니다. 기차로 헨트와 브뤼헤까지 갈 수 있어서 교통이 매우 편리했습니다.

체크아웃 당일 아침, 이메일로 청구서를 받았는데, 조식 요금이 두 번 청구되었다는 내용이었습니다. 예약 당시와 도착 시에 각각 한 번씩 청구된 것이었습니다. 예약할 때 조식을 요청했던 것으로 알고 있어 문의했지만, 담당자는 요청하지 않았다고 했기에 어쩔 수 없이 결제했습니다. 그런데 마지막 날인 둘째 날, 조식을 먹으러 레스토랑에 가려고 했지만, 제 키카드(사진 참조)에는 분명히 등록되어 있음에도 불구하고 명단에 없다는 이유로 입장을 거부당했습니다. 프런트에서는 제 결제 내역을 찾을 수 없다고 했습니다! 이메일로 받은 청구서를 보여주며 항의하자 비로소 바우처를 제공했습니다. 이 문제 해결에 시간이 오래 걸린 데다, 숙박 기간 내내 엘리베이터 한 대가 고장 나고 남은 한 대도 수요를 감당하기 어려워 제대로 식사를 할 시간조차 없었습니다(두 번째 사진 참조). 이후 호텔 측과 문제를 해결하려던 과정은 매우 답답했습니다. 위치도 좋고 객실도 깨끗했지만, 형편없는 행정 처리 때문에 실망스러웠습니다.

정말 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 웅장합니다. 파리의 작고 아담한 호텔 방들에 비해 브뤼셀의 이 방은 정말 넓고 깨끗해서 4~5성급 대형 호텔 같아요. 1층에는 바와 당구대도 있고, 브뤼셀 북역에서도 아주 가까워서 걸어서 몇 분이면 도착합니다. 게다가 바깥 거리가 깨끗하고 사람도 적습니다. 그랑 플라스와 오줌싸개 동상까지도 걸어서 10~20분 정도로 가깝습니다. 추천합니다!
