2025년도에 오픈한 a&o 브뤼셀 센트럼의 객실은 브뤼셀 호텔을 찾는 여행자들에게 최고의 선택입니다. 호텔은 Brussel Noordstation에서 약 700m 정도 거리에 있고, 브뤼셀 공항에서는 약 14km 정도 거리에 있어 호텔까지 편리하게 이동할 수 있습니다. 가까운 지하철역(로히르)을 이용하여 도시의 주요 관광지를 편리하게 여행할 수 있습니다. 막씨밀리앙 공원, 벨기에 만화 센터, 성 미카엘과 성녀 구둘라 대성당 등 유명 관광지들이 모두 근처에 있어, 알찬 여행을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 여가시간에는 호텔의 다양한 여가시설로 알찬 시간을 보내실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 쾌적하고 편안한 주차 서비스를 제공합니다. 친구들과의 단체여행을 위한 최적의 호텔입니다.
'호텔 위치는 브뤼셀 북역과 Flixbus 터미널에서 도보 10분 거리로 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 옆에 경찰서가 있어서, 저는 인터넷에서 말하는 것처럼 북역 근처가 그렇게 위험하다고 느끼지 못했습니다.
호텔은 매우 낡았고, 매일 방 청소도 해주지 않습니다. 생수는 물론이고 종이컵이나 플라스틱 컵도 없습니다. 전기 주전자는 기대할 수도 없습니다.
다른 리뷰에서 짐 보관이 제대로 안 되어 있다고 하던데, 솔직히 저는 그렇게 생각하지 않았습니다. 짐 보관실은 잠겨 있었고, 짐을 찾을 때 필요한 번호표도 주었습니다.
예약 후 10분 이내에 취소 요청을 했는데, 호텔에서 이미 취소를 거부했습니다. 그래서 저는 하룻밤에 120유로를 지불하게 되었는데, 이 호텔이 70유로를 넘으면 절대 예약하지 마세요. 그럴 가치가 전혀 없습니다. 이 호텔은 70유로 이하의 가치만 합니다.'

KKaysha Ebony Leeann괜찮았어요. 프런트 데스크는 별로 도움이 되지 않았어요. 도착했을 때 신용카드나 현금으로만 지불할 수 있는 50유로의 보증금을 지불하라고 했어요. 그런 다음 돈을 인출할 곳을 찾아야 한다고 말했더니 이제 직불카드를 사용할 수 있다고 했어요. 떠날 때 그들은 카드로 보증금을 돌려주지 않았고, 내가 출국하는 나라를 설명했음에도 현금을 고집했어요. 프런트 데스크 직원은 환불을 받지 못했다고 주장할 수 없다고 말했는데, 이는 동기 부여된 진술처럼 들렸어요.
방은 괜찮았지만 난방이 제대로 작동하지 않았고 추운 겨울에는 좋지 않았어요. 창밖으로 전망이 보였지만 예약 페이지에 표시된 것만큼 좋지는 않았어요.
전반적으로 하룻밤 머물기에는 괜찮은 호텔이었지만 더 오래 머물고 싶지는 않았어요. 다음에 여행할 때는 피하도록 메모해둘게요.

SSwallow_Sun호텔 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 대광장 바로 옆에 있어서 주변을 걸어서 둘러보기에 매우 편리했어요. 주차는 호텔 자체 주차장은 아니었지만, 광장 바로 근처에 위치해 있었고, 주차장에서 호텔로 바로 연결되는 직통 엘리베이터가 있어 편리했습니다. 참고로, 호텔에서는 투숙 시마다 생수 한 병을 제공하며, 추가 생수는 구매해야 했습니다. 욕실 하수구가 막히는 문제가 있었는데, 직원분들이 신속하게 해결해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

TTepy Chan객실은 깨끗하고 좋았지만, 프런트 직원 중 일부가 약간 불친절했습니다. 아주 조금이긴 했지만요. 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다. 기차역과 공항 바로 옆에 위치해 있지만, 주변이 너무 조용해서 친구들과 함께 여행하기에 더 좋았습니다. (개인적인 의견입니다.)

RRock Tang이번 호텔은 정말 여행의 만족도를 많이 높여주었어요! 세계에서 가장 아름다운 브뤼셀 그랑플라스와 믿을 수 없을 정도로 가까워서, 호텔 문을 나서면 마치 광장 한가운데 서 있는 것 같았어요. 언제든 그랑플라스의 로맨틱하고 역사적인 분위기에 흠뻑 빠져들 수 있었죠. 호텔 내부도 아름답고 청결했으며, 객실은 아늑하고 세련되게 꾸며져 있었어요. 모든 곳이 티끌 하나 없이 깨끗하게 관리되어 정말 편안하게 지냈습니다. 위치와 분위기 모두 최고였고, 다음에 브뤼셀에 온다면 또 이곳에 묵을 거예요!

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

리리뷰어Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

FFeidelikeliubing방은 깨끗했고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 기차역 이용이 편리하다는 점과 가격도 합리적이라는 점을 고려해 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 걱정했던 안전 문제는 전혀 없었고, 기차역 안에서 호텔로 바로 연결되어 있어 매우 안전했습니다. 기차역 내에 마트, 식당, 카페 등 편의시설도 많았어요. 시내 관광지까지 가는 데도 역 안에서 교통편을 이용할 수 있었고, 10분 정도밖에 걸리지 않아 정말 편리했습니다. 정말 추천할 만한 곳입니다.

そそです첫째, 짐을 보관하는 데 하룻밤에 NT$4,000 이상이 들지만, 비용은 4유로입니다. 저는 이것이 용납될 수 없다고 생각합니다. 다시 카운터로 가서 돈이 다 없어진 것을 보고, 이미 지불했다고 말했습니다. 나는 그것을 믿을 수 없어서 다른 동료에게 전화해서 주문을 확인했습니다. 제 동료가 ”네, 네, 이미 지불했어요!”라고 말했습니다. 그때에야 포기하게 될 것이다. 저는 거의 100유로 이상 더 지불할 뻔했지만, 다행히 그것이 도시세라고 생각하지 않고 보지도 않고 그냥 지불했습니다.

리리뷰어Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören.
Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht.
Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind.
Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen.
Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

JJulia+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square.
- We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests .
All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.
