Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. Great place! It was near some of the places we visited in iloilo. However we had some troubles with their sink leaking.

Staff and security were great! I had to go to Bacolod on a night trip but no government facility near the pier allows an overnight parking! I booked this hotel and ask if I can leave my car for a day! I did 2 nights and notified them and they just as helpful as families! Kudos to team for great consideration !

The staffs are friendly and the location is perfect if you’re going to roam around the city cause its very accessible to the jeepney. Its near the famous church candelaria facing at a very nice plaza.

방의 소박한 디자인이 더러워 보입니다. 미완성 침대 프레임. 욕실 타일 사용은 미끄럽습니다. 미끄럼 방지 타일을 사용했어야 했습니다. 아침 식사 선택이 제한되어 있습니다. 에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않습니다. 다리미와 헤어드라이어를 사용할 때도 요금이 부과됩니다. 다른 호텔에 비해 객실 요금을 고려하면 이 편의 시설은 무료입니다.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Highly recommend!
