The hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street. The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist. The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries. The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same). In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

게임 행사 때문에 왔는데 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 짐도 들어주셨어요! 아기랑 같이 온 걸 보시고 작은 폭죽도 몇 개 주셨네요~ 침대 2개가 각각 다른 방에 있어서 잠귀가 밝으신 엄마도 편히 주무실 수 있었어요! 가성비 최고고, 1~2km 거리에 맛집도 많아요! 해변이랑도 가깝고, 공항 뷰 객실인데도 시끄럽지 않고 좋네요. 다음에 또 오게 되면 여기 또 묵을 거예요~

It's great to know about the owner of the hotel who was able to accommodate us. Please be aware that the beach is located about an hour walking distance. The picture advertised in the app is only applicable if you get a higher floor option. We enjoyed our stay there and probably will come back again.

호텔 주인은 위챗으로 아주 친절하게 응대해 주었습니다. 혼자 오셔도 미니밴을 타고 데리러 오셨고, 시간에 상관없이 공항까지 모셔다 주셨습니다. 호텔은 교외에 위치해 주변 환경이 다소 어수선해 보이지만 공항과 매우 가까워서 저희처럼 환승객이라면 편리했습니다. 음식이 훌륭한 (정말 과소평가된) 식당 바로 옆에 있어서 언제든 아래층으로 내려가서 먹을 수 있었습니다. 새벽 1시가 넘어서 나왔는데도 음식이 남아 있었습니다. 호텔 주인은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 치약을 제공해 주셨습니다. 화장실에는 세면도구와 헤어드라이어도 있었습니다. 모두 예상했던 대로였습니다. 에어컨/난방은 괜찮았고, 객실은 깨끗하고 간소했습니다. Wi-Fi가 제공되고 수압도 적당했으며, 생수와 주전자도 제공되었습니다. 중국에서는 화장지를 변기에 버리면 안 된다는 걸 몰라서 배관 문제가 좀 있었는데, 호텔 주인이 플런저를 가지고 와서 밤을 구해줬어요. 불평할 건 없고 감사할 뿐이에요!

위치가 훌륭하고 편리하며 지하철역에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 시설은 완벽하고 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있어 매우 편안하게 지냈습니다. 프런트 데스크 서비스와 직원들 모두 매우 훌륭하고 적극적이며 열정적이었습니다. 개인적으로 가성비가 매우 좋다고 생각합니다. 잠도 아주 잘 잤고, 주변 환경도 매우 조용했습니다. 다음 출장에도 이 호텔을 다시 예약할 것입니다. 시설: 좋음 청결도: 훌륭함 환경: 깨끗함 서비스: 매우 좋음

The apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood. The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for. Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak. Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help. The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing. Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

이 호텔 정말 강력 추천합니다! 푸저우는 처음 여행이었는데, 이렇게 좋은 숙소를 찾게 될 줄은 몰랐어요. 우선, 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 지하철역, 삼방칠골(三方丹樓), 다밍 음식거리(大明衛)까지 걸어서 10분 거리예요. 근처에 풍연치(風街), 주복계(朱福雲), 빙복런(沙宝雲), 최강닭튀김(宋江食食) 등 유명한 먹거리 가게들도 많아요. 둘째, 테라스가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 작긴 했지만 필요한 건 다 갖춰져 있었어요. TV는 엄청 컸는데, 레드미(Redmi) 제품이었어요! 커튼도 전동식이었고요. 방도 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했어요. 프런트 직원분도 정말 친절했어요! 단 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 복도에서 나누는 대화 소리가 방까지 너무 잘 들린다는 거예요. 어느 날 아침에는 7시도 되기 전에 복도에서 나이 드신 분들이 이야기하는 소리에 잠에서 깼어요.

已經是第二次老客户回住了，房間和圖片完全無差，乾淨整潔到細節，床品柔軟，住着特別舒心～ 位置超便利，出門就能找到美食和交通，房東人超nice，溝通及時又貼心，還分享了本地小眾遊玩攻略。性價比絕了，已經推薦給朋友啦！

오래된 호텔, 오래된 건 괜찮지만, 투숙객에게 기본적인 안전과 품질을 제공해야 합니다. 대부분의 시설이 고장 났습니다. 깨진 유리창은 테이프로 붙여져 있었고, 의자 다리는 부러졌으며, 세면대는 금이 갔고, 천장에는 종이 두 장에 마구잡이로 싸인 두 개의 물건이 있었고, 침대 시트에는 구멍이 여러 개 나 있었습니다... 이런 건 말할 필요도 없습니다. 가격 = 가성비 = 끔찍한 경험~
