가족들과 후난 창사 여행을 다녀왔습니다. 투숙한 호텔이 매우 만족스러워 이용후기를 남겨봅니다. 우선 체크인 때부터 직원분들이 너무 친절하게 맞이해 주셔서 기분이 좋았는데, 감사하게도 룸 업그레이드까지 도와주셔서 훨씬 편안하고 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 객실 청결 상태도 구석구석 아주 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 머무는 내내 안심하고 편하게 쉬었습니다. 서비스와 청결도 모두 👍👍👍.그리고 세탁실에서 빨래가 다 되기를 앉아서 기다리고 있었는데 직원분께서 오셔서 세탁이 완료 되면 룸까지 가져다 주시겠다고 하셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 그 직원분을 칭찬하고 싶습니다.성함이刘录华女士 였던걸로 기억합니다. 다음에도 창사 방문 계획이 있으면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다.너무 감사했습니다.

이번 창사 여행에서 이틀 밤 동안 이지안 차오쭝지에 지점을 선택한 것은 정말 행운이었어요. **환경:** 차오쭝지에에 위치해 있어 주변에 트렌디한 브랜드 숍, 후난 식당, 칵테일 바, 카페, 밀크티 가게 등 없는 게 없었어요. 인테리어 스타일도 매우 현대적이었고, 로비 바와 객실 구역 모두 두 개의 출입구가 아주 독특했어요. **서비스:** 버틀러 서비스는 24시간 내내 운영되었고, 아침 식사와 야식은 미리 선택할 수 있도록 안내해 주었으며, 아침 식사는 객실에서 먹을 수도 있었어요. **시설:** 설명대로 침구류는 매우 편안했고, 세면도구 향도 좋았으며, 다이슨 헤어드라이어도 구비되어 있었어요. 차오쭝지에 주변만 둘러봐도 반나절은 충분히 보낼 수 있었어요. 맛있는 후난 음식인 광나오커와 위러우동을 먹고, 맛있는 커피인 필로우 토크를 마시며, 푸야오즈샹의 분위기도 느꼈어요. 다음 창사 여행에도 꼭 이곳을 다시 선택할 거예요.

This hotel is an absolute gem in Changsha! The beautiful retro deco-design creates a charming and nostalgic atmosphere, and the two adorable parrots at the entrance add a delightful touch. The staff is incredibly kind and always available, making communication seamless by adding guests to a WeChat group for instant assistance. The amenities are outstanding: breakfast (with Western or Chinese options) and afternoon tea are delivered to your room, plus a free laundry service (wash and dry). The spacious room has an ultra-comfy bed, and the hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful freebies: mouthwash, dental floss, a stocked minibar (drinks and chips!), and a kettle with coffee and tea included. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and covers the entire hotel. A unique highlight? The traditional photoshoot (with qipao and other vintage outfits) is a fun perk! I’d definitely choose it again for its comfort, service, and charm! 🌟

호텔은 지하철과 매우 가까우며 어디든 갈 수있어 편리합니다 (창사의 교통 체증은 예상보다 많으므로 거의 지하철을 선택합니다). 창문 밖에는 미완성 건물(원래는 특정 대규모 부동산 프로젝트라고 함)이 있지만 밤에는 매우 조용하기 때문에 Wuyi Square와 달리 특히 시끄럽지 않습니다. 비즈니스 호텔 자체가 리조트 호텔이 아니므로 창 전망에 관계없이. Yuelu 산동문과 매우 가까우며 동문에 들어가 에코카 투어를 하는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 아래층에 두 개의 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있으며 스낵과 음료를 추가하는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋으며 쇠고기 국수는 특히 맛있습니다. 외부 국수 가게에 잃지 않습니다 👍🏼 요컨대, 나는 모든 편의에 매우 만족합니다. ～

Very nice hotel with young but very helpful staff. The location is great, and easy to be picked up from. Everything went smooth and they communicated well! The room had a great view and was clean. The only downside was the AI in the room dat would go crazy at times and turn tings on and off.

지하철역 바로 앞이라 정말 편리했어요. 다음에 또 올 거예요. 시설: 좋음 위생: 좋음 환경: 좋음 서비스: 좋음 호텔 환경도 좋고 로비도 깨끗하고 밝았어요. 아침 식사는 수십 가지 종류로 아주 풍성했어요. 호텔은 지하철역에서 정말 정말 가까워서, 나가서 몇백 미터만 걸으면 도착하니 이동하기가 정말 편리했어요.

호텔 위치가 정말 최고예요! 지하철역이 바로 연결되어 있어서 후난 박물관, 주즈쩌우 공원, 웨루 서원에 몇 정거장만 가면 도착했어요. 정말 편리했습니다. 디자이너 호텔이라 그런지 객실도 고급스럽고, 고층에서 바라보는 바깥 풍경이 특히 아름다웠어요. 침대도 정말 편안했고요. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 주변에 후난 맛집이 너무 많았는데, 프런트 직원분이 추천해주신 곳들이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 이틀 연속 묵었는데, 다음번에 창사에 오면 꼭 다시 선택할 거예요.

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.
