This hotel exceeded my expectations. Even though it is a very simple accommodation with shared bathrooms, the room was bigger than expected, everything was extremely clean and comfortable, with newly renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds, and the staff was really friendly and nice. They even cleaned my room every day which was unexpected! There is no air conditioning in the room, which can be challenging in the hot Barcelona summer nights, but there is a very good, modern and quiet ceiling fan that really helped. The price might seem a bit expensive for what you get, but this is Barcelona... it's difficult to find something decent and well located for a lower price. All in all, it was a great stay!

Excellent location, it’s located in the heart of city close to metro Catalunya and Universitat station so easy to travel around. bed is comfy, got fresh towel, a bit small room but perfect for solo travel. The reception stuff were great, very friendly and helpful. Hotel has access 24/7. Might back to stay there.

The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also an ice cream shop directly opposite the hotel, which was perfect for a sweet treat after exploring the area in the evening.

The hotel was very nice and actually surprised me! I've heard a lot of people don't have windows but we had 2 windows, a small one in the bathroom and a small one in the bedroom. The location was FANTASTIC and the staff were very nice. One staff member even recommended a nice Catalonian resturant to go to. It was a very good night's sleep. We didn't have a radiator in the room but we did have a blow heater which we were grateful for. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Barcelona.

Did not provide the Queen sized bed that was originally ordered. The night time receptionist (Old Man) seems grumpy and didn't make us feel welcome since we don't speak fluent Spanish. No kettle or TV in the supposed Queen sized Room. Need to head out to reception area just to get water.
