음식과 음료는 정말 맛있었고, 하루에 여덟 끼를 먹었습니다. 객실 미니바는 신속하게 채워졌습니다. 터키식 목욕탕은 흥미로웠고 마사지도 괜찮았습니다. 가격은 협상 가능했는데, 40분 목욕탕 이용에 60분 아로마테라피 마사지를 포함하여 1인당 110유로였습니다. 객실과 바로 연결된 수영장은 꽤 넓었고, 선베드에 앉아 있는 것이 공용 공간보다 훨씬 편안했습니다. 물은 약간 짠맛이 났지만 매우 깨끗했습니다. 단점은 주변 마을이 그다지 매력적이지 않았다는 점, 바닷물이 맑긴 했지만 푸른색이 덜해서 조금 아쉬웠다는 점, 그리고 수건이 충분하지 않았다는 점입니다.

Nice hotel with decent food and good level of amenities. Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult. If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm. Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

Это приятный и маленький очень милая отель. Здесь подают очень вкусные завтраки, с весьма полезным выбором еды. Очень удобные кровати и подушки, но есть очень большой нюанс слишком шумно и слышно людей на улице. А так в целом всё здесь замечательно

저희는 6월 말에 호텔에서 6박을 했습니다. 모든 게 마음에 들었어요. 수영장 물은 따뜻했고, 음식도 맛있었고, 바다로 들어가는 입구는 모래사장으로 되어 있고 경사도 완만했으며, 아이들을 위한 프로그램도 매일 바뀌었습니다. 객실도 조용했고요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 해변과 수영장 옆에 있는 하얀 파라솔에 너무 의존해서 햇볕에 탔다는 거예요. 호텔에서는 러시아어가 제2 공식 언어라서 거의 모든 안내 방송이 러시아어로 나와요. 영어를 못하는 남편도 모든 걸 이해하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
