We came for our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and nice with great views of the ocean and perfect patio to watch the sunset. The employees were all extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the food. We had low expectations for food since it is all inclusive, but we both felt it was the best all inclusive food we have had. We have been to TRS and grand palladium in Mexico and loved it so we chose this property because we felt they would help make our honeymoon extra special. While everything was nice, we left feeling underwhelmed. I’m not sure if it was because it was end of season, or if they always do this. But during the week days only one restaurant was open for dinner reservations in addition to the buffet. So maybe ask about that when you are making reservations because they didn’t tell us until we went to make one on a week night and couldn’t due to the only open restaurant being full already. So we only had one a la carte dinner at the steak place and it was excellent! Food, service and wine was all great! We were a little disappointed there was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon. Not looking for anything free, but at least a nice note at the minimum could have gone a long way! For a five star resort, we expected at least some acknowldgement! Great stay, but I didn’t leave feeling like I couldn’t wait to come back like I have felt with previous stays with this group.

Positives: Nice hotel, great decor and le labo products in the room. Great breakfast. The porter team was very helpful and we appreciated the bodyism classes included with the stay. Also loved the food by the pool - was delicious! Negatives: Hotel a lot bigger than expected and loud music played all the time, also really annoyed me that they just played covers of songs - please just pay for a Spotify business account, you would expect this from a 5 star hotel. Only other big issue we faced was that my husband is a coeliac and was given a Poke bowl that had gluten in it, despite us asking X3 times was it gluten free before ordering. Once my husband ate the bowl I rang back to reception to ask are they sure it was gluten free soy sauce and they said no it was not - so my husband was therefore sick for a whole night and day of our stay… really unfortunate and would expect a lot more from a 5 star hotel. On check out, they removed the €22 Poke bowl from the bill, but I would have expected more of an apology / compensation for this serious issue. Food allergies should be taken seriously in any establishment, but especially in a 5 star hotel. We payed a lot €750+ per night we stayed and the only compensation we got was €22 removed from the bill, which is nothing given what my husband had to endure despite us asking 3 times was the good gluten free. Very unfortunate.

What an amazing hotel. I read lots of comments before I went but I was so impressed with the hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel!!! The food was amazing- fantastic buffet food with great choices. The atmosphere around the hotel was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was great and had everything you need. The pool were brilliant for my 5 year old daughter. The entertainment staff were so engaging and were great with all the children. The best hotel I have ever stayed at- amazing stay. I am going to visit again in a few week for my 40th.

나는 2023년 6월 남편과 엄마와 함께 5박을 했습니다. 나는 샌안토니오를 아주 잘 알고 있고 우리가 저예산 호텔의 바쁜 지역에 머물고 있다는 것을 알고 있었습니다. 우리는 너무 감동했고 방은 사랑스러웠습니다. 남편과 나는 운이 좋게도 1층에서 바다가 보입니다. 객실은 매일 완벽한 수준으로 청소되었으며 매일 깨끗한 수건/시트가 제공됩니다. 에어컨은 더운 Ibiza 날 이후에 우리를 시원하게 유지하는 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 우리는 하루에 3유로에 미니 냉장고를 빌렸습니다. 엄마는 어느 날 식당에서 아침을 먹었고 사랑스럽다고 하셨다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이되었습니다 😄 오와 위치 현명한 상점 옆집과 바와 레스토랑은 몇 분 거리에 있으며 버스 정류장은 도보로 2 분, 택시 승강장은 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 훌륭한 숙박과 나는 곧 다음 여행을 위해 다시 예약 할 것입니다 x

What a fabulous hotel! Stayed for 4 nights, single room upgraded by reception to a double, top floor, huge balcony. Safe and fridge also and air con. Bathroom was clearly newly upgraded very modern with fab shower. Mattress very comfy. Cleanliness was outstanding, not a spec of dust anywhere, cleaners do the best job. This was the same throughout the hotel with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world. I was booked on breakfast only. The choice was endless. I’m vegetarian so the cooked breakfast wasn’t any use but for meat eaters great. I did have mushrooms & beans on toast, but plenty of other choice such as croissants, breads, cakes, wide choice of fruits, cheeses, boiled eggs. Lovely orange juice and a good instant hot drink machine with a lovely cappuccino. Pool area I went to every morning, plenty of beds and again extremely clean. Very quiet no rowdy groups, chill out music playing was just lovely to chill out after a night on the town. The pool snack bar was good choice, good price. Lovely staff there, I asked the barman if he could muster up a strawberry frappe (not on the menu) and to my joy he did! It was so yummy. Lunch they even tailor made me a pasta dish. Such lovely courteous people. On the subject of staff these wonderful people would put some 5 star hotels to shame. A special thank you to the loveliest lady in reception named Pepita. She helped me with an issue I had and she went out of her way to resolve it. I saw her help several people by going over & beyond what’s expected. Management should know what a gem they have here! As for the security guard that people have bad mouthed, I found him to be a polite man and after all he’s doing his job! I personally prefer to stay in a quiet hotel and this certainly was given the number of young people staying here! The walls are thin and people chatting it can sound quite loud but overall I barely heard a sound. I vacated at 11am and at 4pm used the shower room, again absolutely spotless. I know I’m going on a bit but I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to with this outstanding hotel. Great value for money too, so much to say! Oh, also great location, 2 streets from Ibiza rocks, round the corner from The *****, close to everything. Thank you Hotel Tropical I will definitely be back.

Just returned from 11 nights stay here. Location This hotel is in a really good location, busses to all the local popular beaches and Ibiza town stop right outside the hotel. Within a 15 min straight walk you are at Ibiza egg and 20 min walk to the bus stop. Plenty of good restaurants round here and there is a supermarket nearby (Suma) that has really friendly staff and good prices. Pool area We never had an issue finding a sun bed, there was always plenty. Sunbeds and pool area kept very clean. The pool is really deep, which is great for proper swimming. The lifeguards help to keep the area clean. Some people got offended by one of them when he asked to see their room key to check they were actually staying at the hotel but this was good as it prevented anyone random coming in. They played music by the pool all day. There’s a pool bar serving drinks and food which you can eat in the outdoor dining area or by the pool on your sun bed. Breakfast I actually really enjoyed this breakfast. There was so much variety. Cold meats, proper kellogs cereals, pancakes, lots of pastries, toast, fruit, English breakfast items like pork sausages, bacon, beans, eggs fried, boiled or scrambled. They also have unlimited fresh juices, water and a tea and coffee machine. They have cows milk as well as all the alternatives (soy, oat, almond). I didn’t eat any of the hot food so can’t comment on that, but everything else was fresh every day and tasted good. Breakfast was open 8-10, but at 9:30 it got very very busy with almost every table full. Rooms If this reviews was based on the cleanliness of our room it would be a 1 star. When we arrived the room was pretty dirty, other people’s hair on the floor, dirty shower etc. I gave it a clean how I could. There was dust everywhere, hand marks all over the headboard, wardrobes and mirrors. Rubbish inside the drawers and the balcony was dirty. Every day though we had clean towels and clean bedding which we couldn’t complain about. The room was “cleaned” daily but it was a quick tidy of the beds, fresh towels and a top up of toilet roll rather than cleaning. This hotel would be much better if they gave it a really good deep clean in the quiet season. Rooms are modern but feel old because of the dirt. Our room was backing onto the azuline hotel, and could see dirty furniture and stained mattresses on the floor of their hotel so it was never enjoyable to sit on the balcony. Their hotel was also soooooo noisy. So if you want quiet and a nicer balcony view, avoid block 4. Our bed was comfy, room spacious, fridge worked and our aircon was very powerful. General We ate in the hotel resteraunt one night. It was cheap however wasn’t tasty, there was better options locally. We did notice that they have a live singer on some nights which was popular. Hotel was generally really clean. Reception staff helpful and they sell club tickets. Overall I would stay here again and recommend this hotel, but the rooms need a deep clean

위치: 섬의 샌안토니오 쪽에서 개인적으로 자율주행에만 적합하다고 생각합니다. 문 앞 주차는 매우 편리하고 무료입니다. 호텔 밖으로 나오면 우회전하여 작은 길을 따라 1분 정도 해변가로 가시면 일몰 감상에 아주 적합합니다. 해변을 따라 1.4km를 걸으면 유명한 카페 델 마르가 있습니다. 방: 매우 깨끗하고 중간 크기의 매우 쿠바식이며 두 개의 큰 상자에 펼칠 수 있습니다. 저는 1층에 있는 방에 살고 있으며 발코니에서 그림 7을 볼 수 있습니다. 주전자와 냉장고는 모두 순 유명인 스메그입니다. 욕실도 황동 수도꼭지처럼 복고풍입니다. 공공장소: 사진만 보세요! 아주 리얼해서 사진찍기 좋아요! 호텔 로비에는 시트러스 향이 가득~ 쿠바 사람들을 단번에 사로잡은 곳! 비치타월도 무료로 빌릴 수 있어요~ 이 호텔에 대한 유일한 불만은 수영장 근처에 모기가 너무 많다는 것입니다! 나는 10 분 동안 머물렀고 비트 8 패킷. 나한테 화났어! 요약: 이번에는 스페인의 8개 호텔 중 가장 만족스러운 두 곳 중 하나! 혼자 운전하시는 분이라면 적극 추천합니다! ! ! 포효 추천!

Great place to stay ! Spent a week there with friends and absolutely enjoyed our experience. Location of the hotel is perfect - close to the restaurants, beaches and nightlife. Rooms were always clean and tidy and the stuff very friendly, welcoming and always eager to help us with whatever we needed. Delicious breakfast with a variety to choose from. For a 3 star hotel it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and cant wait to come back again ! ;)

최근에 이 호텔에서 4박을 마치고 돌아왔습니다. 어떤 모양이나 형태로든 잘못할 수 없습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 호텔은 놀랍고 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 레스토랑의 음식 선택은 훌륭했고 방은 환상적이었고 만이 내려다 보이는 전망은 다른 것이었습니다. 외부 바와 수영장 공간, 편안한 의자에서 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다. 모두가 다르고 모두가 자신의 의견을 가지고 있지만 우리에게는 이 호텔은 우리가 머물렀던 최고 중 하나였습니다. 우리는 멀지 않은 미래에 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

우리는 결혼식 손님을 위해 hostal 일몰에서 18개의 객실을 예약했지만 Hostal Sunset에 여러 번 머물렀습니다. 여기 직원들은 정말 도움이되고 친절합니다. Marco & Veronica에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 중앙에 위치한 저렴한 호텔이지만 소음에서 충분히 떨어져 있어 잠을 잘 수 있을 만큼 조용합니다. 우리는 커플과 가족이 혼합되었습니다. 일부 사이트의 이 호텔은 어린이가 없다고 명시되어 있지만 몇 명이 있었으므로 변경 사항이 발생할 경우 호텔에 확인하십시오. 객실은 매우 기본적입니다. 일부는 업데이트되었으며 일부는 여전히 필요하지만 8월에 테라스가 있는 2인용 방에 대해 1박에 £75로 지불한 만큼 얻을 수 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 것이 있으면 항상 도와줄 사람이 있습니다. 내가 제안하고 싶은 유일한 것은 약간 더 나은 매트리스입니다(이것은 아마도 집에서 더 단단한 매트리스에 익숙하기 때문일 것입니다). 수영장 지역은 길 건너편에 있으며 훌륭합니다. 결코 너무 바쁘지 않으며 항상 인명 구조원이 근무하고 있습니다. 현재 호텔에 바가 없기 때문에 수영장에 자신의 음료와 음식을 가져갈 수 있습니다. 우리는 스피커를 데려갔기 때문에 대부분의 날 파티 전을 가졌습니다. 모든 객실에는 무료 금고가 있으며 에어컨은 환상적이며 무료 세면 도구가 있습니다. 리셉션에서 더 많이 구입할 수 있습니다. 머리를 내려 놓을 저렴한 것을 찾고 있다면 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

환상적인 호텔. 정말 차갑고 여유로운 분위기. 체크인, 프론트 데스크의 여성은 기쁨이었습니다. 그녀는 소란없이 우리 모두 13 명을 다루었고, 큰 그룹 10/10 방, , 미니 냉장고와 좋은 에어컨이있는 넓은 공간에도 불구하고 우리 모두를 정말로 환영한다고 느끼게했습니다. 우리는 O 해변을 내려다보고 끝날 때까지 시끄러웠지만 어느 날 밤 일찍 잠자리에 들었습니다. 그것을 들으며 차가워지는 것을 즐겼습니다. 유일한 단점은 바위 단단한 침대와 2 개의 담요 만 있었지만 더 많은 9/10 직원, 놀랍습니다. When we first came to the hotel the reception were so polite and friendly. The rooms were very nice and spotless. The staff were always there to help when we needed. We had a late flight and early checkout and they let us leave our luggage and sit by the pool until we had to leave. Amazing service and nice food. Very close to everything. Great place to stay ! Spent a week there with friends and absolutely enjoyed our experience. Location of the hotel is perfect - close to the restaurants, beaches and nightlife. Rooms were always clean and tidy and the stuff very friendly, welcoming and always eager to help us with whatever we needed. Delicious breakfast with a variety to choose from. For a 3 star hotel it exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and cant wait to come back again ! ;)

We were met by a very happy reception staff who was singing as we walked in the door - Victor if I remember correctly - and that set the scene for our whole stay. I cannot compliment the staff enough, from bellboy to reception to bar to kitchen and restaurant staff, cleaning staff, every single person we encountered was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. It really made a difference to our stay. The location of the Palmyra is perfect, we stayed in the master suite as a treat for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and what a treat it was - what a room! The food choices every day were excellent and everything was fresh and prepared with care and a smile. The inclusive drinks list was more than sufficient for us too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be returning in the future.

최근에 이 호텔에서 4박을 마치고 돌아왔습니다. 어떤 모양이나 형태로든 잘못할 수 없습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 호텔은 놀랍고 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 레스토랑의 음식 선택은 훌륭했고 방은 환상적이었고 만이 내려다 보이는 전망은 다른 것이었습니다. 외부 바와 수영장 공간, 편안한 의자에서 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다. 모두가 다르고 모두가 자신의 의견을 가지고 있지만 우리에게는 이 호텔은 우리가 머물렀던 최고 중 하나였습니다. 우리는 멀지 않은 미래에 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

훌륭한 위치에 있는 사랑스러운 호텔. 도착하자마자 우리는 우리를 체크인하고 우리 방이 준비되었다고 조언한 매우 친절하고 도움이되는 직원이 인사했습니다 (정오 이전에 했음에도 불구하고). 이전 리뷰를 읽은 후 우리는 우리 방이 피곤해 보일 것으로 예상했지만 그렇지 않았습니다. 우리가 요청한대로 크고 매우 깨끗하며 서쪽을 향하고 있습니다. 에어컨, 냉장고, 주전자 및 금고를 무료로 사용할 수 있어 좋습니다. 아침과 저녁 식사의 뷔페 식사는 항상 선택할 수있는 다양한 것을 제공했으며 직원들은 항상 모든 것 위에있었습니다. 수영장은 크지 않지만 더위를 식히는 것을 매우 환영하며 항상 많은 선베드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 모든 직원이 얼마나 친절하고 도움이되었는지 충분히 강조 할 수 없으며 주저하지 않고 추천합니다.

What an amazing hotel. I read lots of comments before I went but I was so impressed with the hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel!!! The food was amazing- fantastic buffet food with great choices. The atmosphere around the hotel was amazing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was great and had everything you need. The pool were brilliant for my 5 year old daughter. The entertainment staff were so engaging and were great with all the children. The best hotel I have ever stayed at- amazing stay. I am going to visit again in a few week for my 40th.

Ignore all bad reviews !! We loved this hotel and the staff are so nice! Orlando couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms are clean and big, everything was safe in the room and not noisy. Food is good price and loads to choose from

Desde el primer momento la atención de recepción (Sofia y Natalia) ha sido excelente al igual que el equipo de restaurante. A destacar: la limpieza extrema de sus habitaciones y baños, la ubicación, la calidad del colchón firme y cómodo como nuevo, su comida del restaurante. La extremada atención cuidada y amabilidad de Sofia y Natalia haciéndonos sentir bien acogidos y bienvenidos, con información muy acertada de lugares que pasear y donde comer. Suelo dormir en hoteles de 4* y trabajar en hoteles de 5GL y no me esperaba haber acertado tanto en alojarme aquí. Muy recomendable. Y sin duda un lugar a recomendar a mis amigos.

I think the reviews on this hotel are dependant on what room you're allocated. Me and 5 friends stayed here less than a week ago and was given 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were awful, dark, dingy. One had a balcony looking onto a wall and the other didn't even have a balcony. The rooms were dirty, toothpaste on the floor, blood on the sheets and it just felt so dark and miserable due to no sun light and black doors. The shower was all brown and worn and the plug made a loud noise when showering. We had to ask for the aircon to be turned on twice and our room wasn't cleaned once in a 4 night stay. On the other had 1 of the rooms was bright, spacious, clean and modern with a lovely balcony looking onto the streets. If we was all given this room I would rate it 5 star but it seems all rooms vairy and its luck of the draw. I know this hotel is 1 star but they're charging high prices we paid 600 for 4 nights including flights and purely picked it because of the location. I would not reccomend as it ruined our pre drinking/ holiday experince.
