Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

We came for our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and nice with great views of the ocean and perfect patio to watch the sunset. The employees were all extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the food. We had low expectations for food since it is all inclusive, but we both felt it was the best all inclusive food we have had. We have been to TRS and grand palladium in Mexico and loved it so we chose this property because we felt they would help make our honeymoon extra special. While everything was nice, we left feeling underwhelmed. I’m not sure if it was because it was end of season, or if they always do this. But during the week days only one restaurant was open for dinner reservations in addition to the buffet. So maybe ask about that when you are making reservations because they didn’t tell us until we went to make one on a week night and couldn’t due to the only open restaurant being full already. So we only had one a la carte dinner at the steak place and it was excellent! Food, service and wine was all great! We were a little disappointed there was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon. Not looking for anything free, but at least a nice note at the minimum could have gone a long way! For a five star resort, we expected at least some acknowldgement! Great stay, but I didn’t leave feeling like I couldn’t wait to come back like I have felt with previous stays with this group.

Their attentiveness and genuine care for the guests were truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing insightful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The hostel itself is a haven of cleanliness. The housekeeping ladies are like fairy godmothers, tending to the rooms with an unparalleled level of precision. Walking into my room felt like stepping into a sanctuary, thanks to their meticulous work. Overall, my experience at this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication of the staff, including Bruno, Soraya, and Bea, combined with the meticulous housekeeping, created an atmosphere of warmth and comfort that made my stay truly memorable. We booked with Jet2 and had a very easy private transfer to the Hotel. We were met by some very friendly staff who gave us a glass of cava and showed us to our rooms. The room and bathroom were lovely, the only fault would be no tea/coffee making facilities. We loved the vibe of the hotel and the staff could not do enough for us. the breakfast was great and served until 12. The pool area was really great and we could always get a bed, the only moan being we would have liked to go on the roof top pool but you have to spend 50 euros each a day for that to be allowed- I thought this was a lot seeing as we were guests of the hotel. I also thought there would have been a nicer beach closer but you have to walk around the bay to reach it. that being said for a group of 6 ladies we had a great stay.The hotel was quiet, safe and very clean. Everyone was very friendly I would return, thank you.
