Check in was very easy and our room was amazing, however we had to go back to reception as our wristbands wouldn’t give us access to the room, they were re-chipped and worked then. The room itself (Junior Suite) was immaculate, great size, comfortable bed, great quality amenities in the bathroom & very nice fixtures and style throughout. The TRS branded pool towels were a very nice touch, very soft and a nice colour to suit the hotel theme. Music by the pool and throughout was good however would have preferred more poolside entertainment as the DJ only appeared a few hours a day. Restaurant service in the buffett area was great, very clean, attentive staff, great food options and drink options. El Gaucho was amazing, super friendly and welcoming staff, no change to the menu was an issue, would have appreciated more attentive waiter to ensure drinks were topped up without having to bother them and ask. Very nice plates & glasses, super high quality and can tell the difference between other hotels. The surrounding area of the hotel was done beautifully, a definite upgrade from when it was the Fiesta Tanit. I would have loved more clarity on when the Gravity bar was open as you had to check the app, when this could be a notice on the elevator etc when it is closed due to weather. My only critique would be to have more bar staff, as we waited 40 minutes one night for a drink, there was favouritism from the bar staff to serve customers who shouted them over etc which is unfair as we are all the same board and paid the same, service should be fair throughout. Staff everywhere else in the hotel were friendly and adequate, it is only bar staff that I feel are over worked and never stop.

Where do I start first impressions were really good,lovely spotless reception area lots of smart attentive staff willing to help.Arrived oneish and the room not ready fair enough told us to come back in an hour after some lunch not ready,come back at 3 still not ready come back at 3.40 waited and was told the room was ready and cases are already in there,when we got the room they weren’t,back to reception to find they were locked in the luggage room,not a really big deal but we been up since 3am and we were quite tired. The room was ok with a side sea view,but was above all the rubbish bins and a area where all the staff would meet up before and after their shift, so between the dustmen and staff it got really noisy enough to wake us early .Told reception and clearly not interested. Pool area…Spacious and spotless loads of sun beds but a lot were missing cushions and boy are they uncomfortable without,music belted out unrelentlessly catering more for clubbers than middle aged clients,it’s just a bit wearing. Bars……This is what really let it down for me local and some international drinks ,didn’t expect too much but when asked if it included barcardi Smirnoff etc the answer was no ! Asked for drinks menu I was told it’s on the App,any questions check the App.Most all inclusive hotels have drinks list telling you what’s included and a supplement on what’s not.Here full 5star price of 10 euros for a real Baileys no discount.just be nice to have a real drink occasionally at a reasonable price. Restaurants…..Smart pristine as you would expect no grumbles here,but having to wait to be shown to your table even if your first in queue when the restaurant opens and is completely empty. Food… pretty good overall just slightly inadequate heaters to keep it warm,you won’t burn your mouth here guys. Staff… A credit to the hotel hardworking polite smart a real professional bunch. Would I return,no in fact I’ve lost all faith in all inclusive hotels and I think they were a good idea once but have now seen better days.

TRS Ibiza definitely deserves its 5-star rating! Our junior suite was absolutely stunning, and let me tell you, that bed was like sleeping on a cloud – hands down one of the comfiest beds I've ever had the pleasure of snoozing in. Huge shoutout to Sandra at the pool bar for her killer cocktail skills and Carmen at the buffet restaurant for always keeping our glasses full during breakfast and lunch. All the other staff were superb too. The vibes at the main pool were pure chill, especially with their awesome playlist, and that sunset at Gravity bar? Absolutely unbeatable. Can't wait to come back for more of these unforgettable moments! 🌅🍹🛏️

This is a beautiful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here despite the couple days of rain. Our room was lovely and had nice views of sea to the side and a balcony to sit on but it never got the sun on it! The staff are this hotel's best asset, 100% excellent, friendly, efficient, informative...from the beach towel hut to reception. The main bar staff worked extremely hard. The food is just wonderful, beautifully presented and plenty of choices every single meal. Stand out excellent. Table and sunbed service was also very very good, with a good variety of drinks available. The hotel is also super clean, everywhere, in all areas which is a big achievement. And there are plenty of sunbeds and seating outside. The little gate (opened by your wristband so you can walk 5mins down to the beach) was a treat and it was a 15 min stroll into the shops /bars nearby. We got a bus for 2 euros into Ibiza Town and a taxi back for 25 euros. As we were there when the hotel had just opened for the season I'd just offer some feedback as to things that weren't the best, for us. There was a lack of atmosphere in the brightly lit foyer in the evening, not enough chairs and entertainment abit nothingy, sorry. ( A guy with a lit up glitterball on his head, a jazz group and a magician who hung out with the staff!) Not everyone goes 'out' and I think they should look at those, mainly older, who want to stay in hotel at night? The TV was very difficult if you are English speaking unless you want the news! We worked out how the click on 'languages' & select UN but very few channels had anything in English. I think this wouldn't have been such a problem except for the rainy days and long evenings for guests like us without laptops or gadgets to watch films etc. I certainly don't come on holiday to watch TV but it was hard having limited things to do. The only other thing is I understand books were available in the butlers cupboard but not everyone knew that. Maybe having them a bit more on show so you could leave a book take a book might be nice? Again all my books got read quite quickly due to the weather etc! All in all though his was a wonderful holiday and the TRS is a wonderful well run friendly hotel in a beautiful setting. The view and sunsets from the rooftop bar were spectacular! Good luck for the rest of the season!

Really loved this hotel and would go again. The start wasn’t great though. We got to the hotel early about 11.30am and immediately were told Alberto ‘ you are not staying in this hotel but one round the corner’ bit a shock when we booked it nearly a year in advance! He told us to come back at 3pm and didn’t explain anything, where the bars were, which was the lunch restaurant - nothing. Very annoying and a real let down. I went back at 2pm and found the room was already ready. But the hotel turned out to be hotel de Cala gracio which was in the grounds and in the same block as the Gaucho restaurant and near the quiet pool. Room was modern and clean, but only storage was at the top of the cupboards, good job I am 6 foot 4. Bathroom was nice but needs more shelves. Atmosphere at both pools was great, drinks were a good choice, but need to sort the wasps buzzing round the drinks taps. Food was really good, all through the day, Gaucho was excellent, we went twice. All staff were really helpful but a real shout out goes to our Butlers. The term Butler is misleading and a bit unfair to the young members who carry out a unique role. There is one person all day and night at a desk on each floor, who help with bookings, advice, extras for the room etc really good idea. Our butler was brilliant when my wife left her phone in taxi. They rang the islands taxi company, rang my wife’s phone and spoke to the driver, in fluent Spanish of course and he came later that day with the phone. This young people are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The nearby San Antonio wasn’t for us, didn’t like the atmosphere particularly at night, loads of dodgy people and tattoo shops. Went to Ibiza old town instead, only 30 Euros in the taxi. Fantastic place, when to the castle and Cathedral, loads of steps though and tiring but the view and Cathedral is worth it. But the best part of this hotel is the roof top bar. Watching the sunset with good waiter service. Live music every night, fantastic atmosphere. Yes really liked the TRS.

Lovely looking hotel, not a great deal going on while we were there. It was busy but a lot of conference attendees which seem to affect the vibe of the hotel for us. Lots of people working on laptops on the tables around the bar. Variety of food in the restaurant was great, could have been slightly warmer. A little more explanation of what was included in our stay would have been helpful (minibar/cold breakfast upon checkout) as we didn’t make use of these. We used the spa for a massage which was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was a suite which was very nice and no noise heard for neighbours.

We came for our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and nice with great views of the ocean and perfect patio to watch the sunset. The employees were all extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the food. We had low expectations for food since it is all inclusive, but we both felt it was the best all inclusive food we have had. We have been to TRS and grand palladium in Mexico and loved it so we chose this property because we felt they would help make our honeymoon extra special. While everything was nice, we left feeling underwhelmed. I’m not sure if it was because it was end of season, or if they always do this. But during the week days only one restaurant was open for dinner reservations in addition to the buffet. So maybe ask about that when you are making reservations because they didn’t tell us until we went to make one on a week night and couldn’t due to the only open restaurant being full already. So we only had one a la carte dinner at the steak place and it was excellent! Food, service and wine was all great! We were a little disappointed there was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon. Not looking for anything free, but at least a nice note at the minimum could have gone a long way! For a five star resort, we expected at least some acknowldgement! Great stay, but I didn’t leave feeling like I couldn’t wait to come back like I have felt with previous stays with this group.

We had an amazing time here and could not fault the hotel, the rooms were modern and spacious , the food was excellent and displayed in a brilliant manner with a great variety to choose from would recommend and definitely return
