Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

I visited here with a group to see the Puccini Opera Festival. The hotel is spotlessly clean with lovely staff and a great pool. Breakfasts were excellent - wide choice, fruits, cooked eggs, meats etc and plenty of it. My only cavil was with the first set evening’s meal - a miserable chicken leg and a few chips. However our tour guide did complain and the second set meal was excellent. This complaint seems to have been given before - and not always heeded. Villa Capuggi is such a nice hotel that I wonder why they stint sometimes - even though the cost of living crisis impacts here too. Just a little more luxury and this would be the perfect Italian hotel.

We checked in evening, toilet not flushing, toilet lights blinking. The mini Elevator is no good, we take the stairs to avoid getting trapped, lots of stairs and turning corners. On check out day, elevator was not working, and we're not allowed to use the back elevator, so all of us had to carry 25-30kg luggages down the stairs and no one as in NO ONE from the hotel helped.. The swimming pool smelled salty like too much urine from the many children playing in the water. The room was in an adjoining section across the street on the second floor or first floor above the street, as such being handicapped or elderly the isolation can be an issue in an emergency. The balcony over the street life was enjoyable, with nice ambiance without being loud, if you close the balcony doors there is no sound. What really ruined our stay were the male waiters. One cut in between us without excusing himself while we were in line for dinner, another rudely belittled my Mother who although on the pre paid meal plan wanted better treatment paying for the full menu if we could be seated by a window and order seafood which was not on the preplanned all you can eat heaping dishes for tourists. The hotel restaurant has a two tier service, one prepaid with lots of filler like pasta, and another for paying customers with specialized dishes. Being dissapointed the next day we had three courses with seafood at a nearby restaurant, La Cascina, for just about 100 Euros.

리셉션 직원은 특히 좋았습니다. 방은 괜찮 았습니다. 우리는 '레스토랑'에서 먹기로 했다. 웨이트리스는 별로 관심이 없었습니다. 우리는 메뉴만 도착하기를 기다렸다. 우리는 비교적 빨리 온 음식을 주문했는데, 나열된 수프는 우리가 경험한 수프와 닮지 않았습니다. 먹을 수 없었던 아이스크림이 역겹다. 웨이트리스가 사라져서 이 문제를 전혀 논의할 수 없었습니다. 그날 더위에 거의 600km를 여행한 우리는 너무 피곤해서 기다릴 수 없었습니다. 아침에 우리가 청구서를 정산하러 갔을 때 우리는 이미 가져간 것을 발견했고 접수원은 이해하고 싶지 않아 우리에게 맥주 두 잔, 작은 보상을 제공했습니다.

저는 프라토에 있는 이 호텔을 좋아합니다. 피렌체 SMN 역까지 기차로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 모든 시설은 새것이며 슬리퍼와 오리발을 제공합니다! 조식은 사전 주문 시 할인 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다! 모든 햄과 치즈는 신선한 오렌지 주스와 함께 최고입니다. 큰 방과 좋은 샤워 장소. 다음 여행에는 B&B 체인 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다. 나는 피렌체에서 박물관과 교회를 방문하기에 가장 편리한 장소를 보았습니다.

A good location with easy walking to the centre, bars and restaurants. The superior rooms were very good with no outside noise and a lovely shower. The breakfast was three star but very well presented and very tasty. The star of the show was Raphael on reception. A former pilot in the military, Raphael flew the flag for Hotel Boston. He was efficient, funny and professional - and made our hotel experience even more enjoyable.
