"Never go to Heritage Hotel. The place is old peeling bathroom counter. The towels are discolored, old also the bed sheets. All the furniture are dusty very old. The pipes were busted two days in a row hence we had no water for a while. When water came back on it was brown. Had to make it run for 30 mins before it got clear. Some of the staff were very indifferent n cold."

"Stayed two nights. Located about 3 km from St. John's city center and fairly quiet. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity; the nearest supermarket is 1 km away. It's definitely walkable, however the roads have no sidewalks and can be poorly lit after dark. The suite included one bedroom with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The place was clean. A/C in the bedroom only. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order and standard toiletries. Wifi worked well. The property provides airport transfers for USD 25 each way."

"Everything was spectacular from the service to the quality of our hillside villa (with private pool) to the food and the drinks to the activities. Breathtaking! We especially enjoyed the French restarant in residence, which was open daily for lunch and for Saturday night dinner. Plus, sushi happy hour at the beach bar was a great experience. We loved the included beach activities, including snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and a guided hobie catamaran ride. Great cocktails and wine list (although for the dessert wine by the glass we would have preferred port wine as the dessert wine). Sunset from our hillside villa was a dream come true. We booked with 2 Hilton free night certificates and Hilton points for a 3rd night. no problem combining those 3 reservations, so we didn't have to change villas."

"It wasn’t what we expected . We had to share a house with other people , the WiFi was poor . We booked the owner to take us to take airport, the drive was horrible he drove us like pigs . He was rushing us on arrival and he was the one late for us . Wouldn’t recommend. We love Antigua"
