Accueil chaleureux et souriant des réceptionnistes, très bonne ambiance dans l’hôtel, les chambres sont très propres et l’emplacement est idéal dans le centre ville. We had a great experience as a couple visiting this hotel for 6 Nights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean with coffee pods and bottles of water provided fresh every day. The location was no more than a 15min walk to everything in central Montpellier and 3 min from the tram to the beach. The only area for improvement was that our room was not cleaned until around 4:30 on two nights

As I was trying to make reservation with this Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc des Expos, based in Monteppelier, France, a number in a USA would be available for making reservation. We discovered lots of ants in the bathroom shower and separat wc. When we showed the receptionist the video the only solution was to spray insect spray. No upgrades or compensation. And we have to stay in a room with ants. Not what we expect from a nice hotel…

La nostra sistemazione era perfetta pe due adulti e 2 bimbi. Era composta da entrata con piccola cucina completa, sala da pranzo con tv plasma, camera da letto comoda, divano letto e bagno doccia. Tutto era perfetto, si dorme in mezzo al silenzio. Grazie allo staff specialmente al signore che ci ha aspettato fino alle 21,30 per consegnarci la chiave. Ci torneremo se ci capita Grazie di tutto
