The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! 이 부티크 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 호스트분들이 정말 친절하셨고, 최선을 다해 저희를 대해주셨습니다. 처음에는 위치가 시내에서 조금 떨어진 것 같았고, 그랩(Grab) 없이는 시내까지 어떻게 갈지 막막했습니다. 하지만 호스트분들이 차로 태워다 주시고 데리러 와주시는 등 정말 많은 도움을 주셨습니다. 심지어 스쿠터도 하루 저녁 동안 무료로 빌려주셨어요! 방은 정말 새것 같았고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 좋은 침대, 큰 스마트 TV (쉬는 날에 좋았습니다), 훌륭한 샤워 시설, 좋은 에어컨, 그리고 작은 발코니까지요. 매일 직접 만드신 베트남식 아침 식사를 제공받았습니다. 심지어 제 여자친구가 과일만 요청했을 때도 놀라운 과일 접시를 가득 만들어주셨어요. 이분들은 정말 친절했고 아무것도 바라지 않으셨습니다. 차비를 드리려고 했지만 한사코 거절하셨어요. 호텔은 매우 새로운 지역에 있고, 이 길은 오직 필요한 사람들만 다닐 수 있어서 매우 안전합니다. 투어를 예약할 경우 호텔 앞에서 픽업이 안 되고, 걸어서 3분 거리에 있는 곳에서 타야 한다는 점만 참고하시면 문제없습니다.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

호텔은 산으로 둘러싸인 작은 마을의 환상적이고 아름다운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 매우 조용하고 평화로운 곳입니다. 객실은 모든 기본 요건을 충족하고, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 주며, 음식은 맛있습니다.

호텔은 며칠 동안 완전히 괜찮습니다! 장비는 기본입니다. 조금 짜증났던 유일한 점은 욕실에 작은 바퀴벌레 몇 마리가 있었고 바닥에 뛰어다니는 작은 동물들이었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 모두를 위한 무언가가 있었습니다. 체육관은 작지만 매우 좋았습니다. 장비는 새것이고 그곳에서 훈련을 잘 할 수 있습니다. 아쉽게도 2024년 가을에는 대규모 건설 현장으로 인해 시야가 흐려졌고 그에 따라 소음도 발생했습니다.

태풍으로 페리가 폐쇄되어 숙소가 필요했는데, 급하게 숙소를 찾게 되어 정말 좋았습니다. 제가 하는 말은 베트남 기준으로 지불한 금액을 기준으로 한 것이기 때문에 객실에는 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 침대도 편안했습니다. 다만 담요가 좀 얇다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 음식 메뉴는 베트남어로만 되어 있었습니다. 객실에 저렴한 간식과 음료가 있었지만, 생수는 이미 개봉되어 있어서 새 병을 주는 게 아니라 리필해 주는 건지 궁금해서 망설였습니다. 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 이야기 나누기도 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 종류가 적었고, 제가 받은 영국식 아침 식사는 베이컨 대신 햄을 제공하여 비용을 절약하려는 것 같았습니다. 다시 말하지만, 지불한 가격 때문에 어떤 면에서는 더 나은 품질을 기대했던 것은 아닙니다. 그래도 막혔을 때 묵을 곳이 있어서 다행입니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 있고, 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 훌륭한 서양식 술집과 멋진 베트남 해산물 식당이 있습니다. 해변까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.

要注意櫃檯人員，明明已經訂好了也出票了，到了現場櫃檯會說沒有看到訂單要在付一次錢，堅持了10多 分鐘以後才說有看到訂單，但是沒付錢還是要你在付一次錢，一樣在那邊僵持著不要理會她，最後才說有看到了 可是訂單上面就是全部都有寫了還在裝死不想承認一直想要在現場再付一次錢，只要有出票了就要堅持不退讓，對方才沒辦法得逞，只能說櫃檯人員的這種想要宰2次的感覺真的很差 下次會選其他家了
