Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

호텔은 산으로 둘러싸인 작은 마을의 환상적이고 아름다운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 매우 조용하고 평화로운 곳입니다. 객실은 모든 기본 요건을 충족하고, 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 주며, 음식은 맛있습니다.

We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

저는 트립닷컴을 통해 예약했던 객실 유형과 다른 객실을 받았습니다. 예약은 침대 두 개와 소파 침대 하나가 있는 스위트룸 두 개로 총 9명이 숙박하는 것이었습니다. 도착 후 프런트 직원은 해당 객실 유형은 이용할 수 없으며 트립닷컴에 등록된 정보가 잘못되었다고 안내했습니다. 결과적으로 제공된 객실은 제가 확정한 예약 내용과 일치하지 않아 저희 일행에게 상당한 불편을 초래했습니다. 이러한 불일치에 대한 설명과 적절한 해결책을 조속히 마련해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

호텔은 며칠 동안 완전히 괜찮습니다! 장비는 기본입니다. 조금 짜증났던 유일한 점은 욕실에 작은 바퀴벌레 몇 마리가 있었고 바닥에 뛰어다니는 작은 동물들이었습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 모두를 위한 무언가가 있었습니다. 체육관은 작지만 매우 좋았습니다. 장비는 새것이고 그곳에서 훈련을 잘 할 수 있습니다. 아쉽게도 2024년 가을에는 대규모 건설 현장으로 인해 시야가 흐려졌고 그에 따라 소음도 발생했습니다.
