리리뷰어Dear Team at Elaf Taiba Hotel,
I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who were always helpful and attentive. Their warm service made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything met and exceeded my expectations, and I felt well cared for during my time at your hotel.
Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future, in shā’ Allāh.

ZZe.AlVery nice hotel in an excellent location close to Masjid Al Nabbawi and opposite As Safiyyah Museum and Park which has a nice souq and many places to eat. I booked a triple room which was a little smaller than ideal but was clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was also a regular shuttle bus for anyone that may have difficulties walking the short distance to the Haram.

KKKasamLocation is excellent, the room has connection doors and is in groups of 3 and noisy due to Neighbors.
The noise of traffic comes to the room.
Elevators are very busy.
I would stay in another nearby hotel next time in Madinah

리리뷰어솔직히, 나는이 호텔에 대한 모든 것을 정말로 좋아했습니다. 내가 가장 감사하는 것은 직원들의 친절입니다. 입구에 있는 경비원들과 회색 티셔츠를 입은 사람들/형제들(이름이 무엇인지 확실하지 않음)에서 그들은 매우 훌륭하고 반응이 빠르며 도움이 되었습니다. 이름이 있었으면 좋겠지만 그 사람들은 일을 매우 진지하게 받아들이고 라마단에서도 항상 얼굴에 미소를 짓고 있습니다. 접수 원도 매우 도움이되고 전문적이며 친절했습니다.

리리뷰어우리는 가족과 함께 Madinah에서 2 박 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 1박 요금은 비싼 편이지만 이 지역의 다른 유사한 호텔과 일치하는 느낌이 들었습니다. 위치는 괜찮습니다. Al-Haram까지 15-minute 드라이브 주변에 있지만 셔틀 서비스는 전혀 없습니다. 긍정적 인면에서 방과 전반적인 시설은 깨끗했습니다.
불행히도 몇 가지 문제가 우리의 체류에 정말 영향을 미쳤습니다. 건물 바로 뒤에 (거의 부착된) 공사가 있으며, 우리는 몇 시간 동안 계속되는 논스톱 드릴로 오전 7시경에 깨어났습니다. 소음 때문에 우리는 결국 호텔을 떠나 낮에 가능한 한 많이 밖에 머물게되었습니다. 이것은 솔직히 우리가 가진 최악의 호텔 경험 중 하나였습니다. 호텔은 예약 시 이 소음/건설 상황을 명확하게 공유할 수 있는 예의가 있어야 하므로 손님이 정보를 입력할 수 있습니다.
주차는 또 다른 주요 도전이었습니다. 주차가 매우 협소하고 접근이 쉽지 않아 자동차로 여행하는 경우 상당히 어렵고 스트레스가 있을 수 있습니다. 마지막으로, 직원 동안

리리뷰어We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

리리뷰어Exceptional Service and Hospitality
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, including the lobby attendants. My family (my wife, our two children and I) arrived from the UK to Madinah early in the morning around 5:00 AM. I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned that I was willing to pay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time.
I then requested the possibility of an early check-in and offered to pay any additional charges, as we were extremely tired; especially our children aged 5 and 10. The staff were very understanding and assured us they would do their best. As soon as a family room became available, they promptly cleaned and prepared it for us, allowing us to check in around 10:30 AM.
When I offered to pay an extra fee for the early check-in, they kindly declined and said, “No, thank you. We’re happy to help you.”
Their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

CCitraa28방은 넓고 매우 깨끗하지만 내 방 안에 파리가 하나 있는데 조금 짜증납니다. 리셉션이 없으며 체크인에 대한 지침을 따르기만 하면 됩니다(흥미로운 경험과 따르기 쉬운). 호텔 내부는 매우 깨끗하고 주변 환경은 약간 반대입니다. 여성 나홀로 여행자로서 나는 감히 그 지역에서 혼자 걸을 수 없었기 때문에 나바위 모스크까지 택시 (10 ~ 20 리얄)를 예약했습니다. 마지막 날, 나는 걷려고했지만 그렇게 나쁘지 않다는 것을 알았습니다. 나 같은 여성 나홀로 여행자라면 낮에는 걷는 것이 꽤 안전하다고 생각합니다. 전반적으로, 나는 거기에 훌륭한 2 일 체류를했습니다.
