My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 모스크까지 걸어서 금방이고, 모든 상점까지 걸어서 이동하기에도 편리합니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 항상 투숙객의 편의를 위해 노력합니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 좋았지만, 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 다른 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 언제나 도움을 주려고 합니다. 다만 커피 머신이 제대로 작동하지 않는 경우가 종종 있었습니다. 몇 가지 유지 보수 문제가 있었지만, 직원들이 신속하게 와서 대부분 빠르게 해결해 주었습니다. 팁을 드리자면, 방을 쇼핑몰 방향으로 배정해 달라고 요청하세요. 반대쪽 방은 교통 소음이 심했습니다.

Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. We left with hearts full of gratitude and peace, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended! A 5-star experience in every sense!

A 5* hotel close to Masjid Nabawi. Two towers. Easy access to the Mosque. We were given an accessible room. Very spacious. Kitchenette in the room with coffee machine, fridge and sink. Highly recommended.

원래 다른 호텔을 예약했었는데, 도착하자마자 바로 예약을 취소하고 최대한 빨리 다른 호텔을 찾았어요. 깨끗하고, 나바위 모스크 근처에 있으면서 가격도 적당한 곳을 원했죠. 인터컨티넨탈이라는 브랜드는 알고 있었지만, 두 곳 모두 인터컨티넨탈이어서 조금 더 괜찮아 보이는 곳으로 선택했어요. 호텔은 오래전에 지어졌고, 리모델링 계획 중이라는 정보를 미리 알고 있었기 때문에 어떤 모습일지 예상할 수 있었어요. 호텔 특유의 파란색 카펫과 1950년대/1960년대 분위기가 너무 좋았어요 (숀 코너리가 나오는 제임스 본드 영화 속 한 장면 같았죠). 호텔에 머무는 동안 점점 더 마음에 들었어요. 창밖 풍경은 정말 환상적이었어요. 창문을 열 수 있다는 거 잊지 마세요! 아마 열 수 없다고 생각하는 사람들도 있을 텐데, 정말 특별한 경험이니 꼭 한번 열어보세요. 무엇보다도, 친절하고 배려심 넘치는 직원분들 덕분에 인터컨티넨탈 호텔에 묵고 있다는 사실을 잊고 마치 친구 집에 온 것 같은 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 창문 너머로 우후드 산이 보이는 멋진 전망을 자랑하는 객실에서 묵었는데, 호텔 바로 앞에 카페들이 즐비하고 모스크도 산책로를 따라 5분 정도 걸어가면 도착할 수 있습니다. 비둘기에게 먹이를 줄 수도 있고, 우버나 택시도 바로 앞에서 저렴하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 우후드 산이나 쿠바까지도 걸어갈 수 있고, 어디든 편하게 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 가장 좋은 점은 로비에 들어서자마자 바로 앞에 체크인/안내 데스크가 있다는 것입니다. 참고: 사람 구경하는 것을 좋아한다면 호텔 객실에서 바깥 풍경을 감상하는 것도 아주 좋습니다. 로비에 무료 대추야자와 아랍 커피(세계 최고 수준)를 제공하는 커피 바가 있고, 이 호텔의 조식과 룸서비스 음식은 제가 44세에 51개국을 여행하며 먹어본 것 중 최고였습니다. 메카에서 묵었던 자발 오마르 호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없거나 오히려 더 훌륭했습니다. 이 호텔에 묵으시면 절대 후회하지 않으실 겁니다. 혹시라도 문제가 생기면 객실 전화로 안내되는 번호 중 아무거나 누르시면 누군가 바로 해결해 드릴 겁니다. 호텔 경영진은 정말 최고였고, 저를 친구나 가족처럼 대해주셨습니다. 특히 카디자 수녀님을 비롯한 직원분들 덕분에 정말 만족스러워서 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 마샤알라.

It was pleasant stay over all , check in was super quick , rooms were spacious and tidy , bathroom was nice and clean with all utilities, don’t forget to turn on heater switch before using warm water , break fast was plenty with buffet including hot and cold items, shuttle service was provided with timings set but Madina Masjid wasn’t that far so could walk 10-15 minutes, staff was very welcoming and helpful, never had complaints during my trip , would definitely stay again on my next trip .

Very close location to Haramayn, easy access to food courts and shopping centres. Hotel service is okay, had a issue with over staying and payments. Hotel service refused to credit one night stay which was not required.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

The hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.

실망스러운 경험 – 예약 확인에도 불구하고 예약되지 않은 객실 나는 두 커플을 위해 각각 킹 사이즈 침대가 있는 두 개의 방을 예약했습니다. 도착하기 전에 호텔에 전화를 걸어 오전 1시경 또는 조금 늦게 도착할 것이라고 알렸습니다. 호텔 직원이 내 예약이 안전하다는 것을 확인하고 늦게 도착하는 데 문제가 없다고 말했기 때문에 안심했습니다. 하지만 드디어 도착했을 때 다른 손님에게 내 방이 주어졌다고 들었습니다. 나는 예약을 확인했다고 설명했고 늦게 도착했다고 미리 호텔에 전화했다. 그런 다음 직원은 내가 선불로 지불하지 않았기 때문에 객실이 주어졌다고 말했습니다. 선불 결제를 요청한 적이 없으며 결제 없이 예약이 취소될 것이라는 알림도 받지 못했습니다. 결국 그들은 대신 트윈 룸이있는 아파트를 제공했습니다. 그것은 킹 사이즈 침대가 하나뿐이었고 다른 방에는 싱글 침대가 있었는데 원래 예약했던 것이 아닙니다. 이 다운그레이드/변경에도 불구하고 원래 예약과 같은 금액이 청구되었습니다. 전반적으로 서비스 나 예약 처리 방식에 만족하지 않습니다. 호텔이 선불 없이 객실을 보유할 수 없다면 전화했을 때 명확하게 알려야 합니다. 늦은 도착을 확인한 후 다른 손님에게 확인 된 객실을 제공하는 것은 매우 실망스럽고 비전문적입니다.
