'Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I did find some hair on the bed sheet on the first day, but aside from that, everything was fine. The room has an amazing view of the Haram and the staff are great, especially Mr Muotaz and Mr Mumin. They’re very friendly and easy to talk to. Some staff may take a bit of time to understand requests, so you might need to be patient and follow up. If the room cleaning could be improved, I’d definitely give it a 5. Overall, I had a great stay in Madinah.'
