주차 가능 파라냐케 호텔 예약

호텔이 공항과 가까워서 공항까지 소요시간 15분정도 소요됨. 주변의 아얄라 쇼핑몰과 호텔4층에서 연결통로가 있어서 여유시간 쇼핑과 바이킹 뷔페를 포함하여 다양한 식사 가능. 2인실을 혼자서 사용하고 룸 크린업 요청하였더니 어제 사용한 타월이 욕실 문고리에 걸려있었음 (2인용 타월을 하나만 사용했으니 남은 1개 타월 사용하라구???)

모든게 다 완벽하지만 단 한가지, 이곳애 항상 올때마다 서비스가 엉망이라고 생각하는 부분은 호텔에 도어맨이 없다. 도어맨은 잇겟지만 항상 없고 단 한번도 짐을 내려주거나 넣어주지 않는다. 이것만큼은 최악이다

호텔에서 정식 체크인 시간인 오후 2시 대신 12시 30분에 체크인할 수 있게 해주셔서 감사했습니다. 프런트 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 예상보다 작았지만 성인 4명과 아이 1명이 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 깨끗했어요. 이 호텔은 장기 투숙객과 일반 투숙객이 함께 이용하는 곳이었습니다. RFID 카드가 보안에는 좋지만, 호텔 투숙객에게 RFID 카드 한 개만 제공되는 것은 불편했습니다. 저희 객실은 아기가 있는 객실 옆이었는데, 벽이 너무 얇아서 밤새 아기 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 엘리베이터는 너무 느리고 솔직히 안전하다고 느껴지지 않았습니다. '돈을 지불한 만큼의 가치를 얻는다'는 말이 맞는 것 같네요. 다음 날 밤에는 잠도 자지 않고 숙박 기간을 다 채우지 않고 체크아웃했습니다.

중국인에게 더 적합한 호텔이에요. 건물 입구부터 객실까지, 벽면부터 비품까지 모두 중국 스타일이에요. 심지어 제공되는 칫솔에도 중국어가 인쇄되어 있고, 모든 에어컨과 TV도 중국 브랜드예요. 엘리베이터 홀에도 큰 중국어 두 글자가 쓰여 있어서, 모르는 사람은 정말 중국 내 어느 건물인 줄 착각할 정도예요. 환경은 나쁘지 않고, 비교적 넓고 밝아 보이지만, 여러 곳이 좀 낡았고 깨끗하게 닦이지 않은 곳도 있었어요. 방에는 모기와 작은 날벌레 한두 마리가 있었어요. T1 터미널까지 택시 타기가 매우 편리해서 환승하기에 적합해요. 호텔 로비에는 무료 커피, 주스, 물도 제공돼요.

공항 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 환승객들에게 정말 좋은 호텔이에요. 이번에 배정받은 객실이 특히 조용해서 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 같은 가격이면 공항 라운지보다 훨씬 가성비 좋은 것 같아요.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

이곳은 정말 아름답습니다. 마닐라 만을 바라보고 있어 아름다운 일몰을 감상할 수 있습니다. 발코니는 오카다 ******를 향하고 있으며 정원 전망도 좋습니다. 수영장은 마닐라 만을 바로 바라보고 있습니다. 일몰 시간이 되면 하늘이 온통 붉게 물듭니다. 리조트형 숙소입니다. 오카다 ******에는 레스토랑과 바가 많이 있습니다. 숙소에서 도보 2분 거리에 있습니다. 여기에 머무는 것이 정말 즐거웠고 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 호스트도 매우 응답이 빠릅니다.

안타깝게도 예약 후 예약이 불가능하다는 통보를 받아 이곳에 묵을 수 없었습니다. 같은 호스트가 멀지 않은 다른 숙소로 안내해 줬지만, 자정에 도착해서야 도착했고, 여행으로 지쳐 있었기에 거절할 수가 없었습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소는 예약 당시와 달랐지만, 호스트는 최선을 다해 저를 배려해 주려고 노력했고, 다음 날 방을 업그레이드해 주었으며, 비행기가 밤 11시라 체크아웃 시간을 늦춰주기까지 했습니다. 처음에는 잘 되지 않았지만, 결국에는 잘 되었습니다. 사진은 업그레이드된 방입니다.

We recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
