호텔이 공항과 가까워서 공항까지 소요시간 15분정도 소요됨. 주변의 아얄라 쇼핑몰과 호텔4층에서 연결통로가 있어서 여유시간 쇼핑과 바이킹 뷔페를 포함하여 다양한 식사 가능. 2인실을 혼자서 사용하고 룸 크린업 요청하였더니 어제 사용한 타월이 욕실 문고리에 걸려있었음 (2인용 타월을 하나만 사용했으니 남은 1개 타월 사용하라구???)

숙박 내내 모든 게 즐거웠어요 ❤️❤️❤️. 예약 절차부터 (정말 체계적이었어요 ☺️) 체크인 시 필요한 모든 걸 친절하게 알려주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 도착했을 때 정말 기뻤던 건 지하 주차부터 짐 맡기는 것까지 세심하게 도와주셨다는 거예요 ❤️. 저희는 발코니, 방 2개, 거실, 인덕션과 온수기가 있는 다이닝룸 겸 주방(전자레인지는 상황에 따라 제공되며, 밥솥은 직접 가져오셔야 합니다), 그리고 화장실과 욕실이 각각 2개씩 있는 주니어 스위트룸을 선택했어요. 게다가, 저희 숙박을 더욱 기억에 남게 해준 건 MOA의 마지막 불꽃놀이 음악 행사의 아름다운 불꽃놀이🎉🎉🎉를 발코니에서 볼 수 있었던 거예요. 강과 디오크노, 마카파갈 거리도 한눈에 들어와요 ☺️❤️ 마지막으로, 위치가 정말 마음에 들어요. 파르칼, MOA, 아얄라 몰 바이 더 베이와 가까워서 너무 좋았어요. 근처에 가톨릭 성당도 있고 산책이나 조깅을 할 수 있는 공간도 있어요 ☺️ 저희가 필요한 모든 것을 도와주신 하우스키핑 직원과 시설 관리 직원분들께도 감사의 말씀을 전하고 싶어요 ❤️ 저희 일행은 넓고 깨끗한 수영장(큰 수영장 두 개)과 아름답게 조경된 정원을 만끽하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 헬스장, 농구장, KTV 공간도 마련되어 있어요(조율 후 이용 가능). 체크인 당시에는 레스토랑 공사 중이었는데, 외부 음식과 음료 반입이 허용된다고 하네요. 익스티멜리 스위트, 최고예요! 정말 잊지 못할 경험을 선사해 주셔서 정말 감사합니다!❤️🥰🎉🎉🎉

직원분들이 매우 친절했어요. 보안도 훌륭했고, 전망도 환상적이었습니다. 위치는 정말 최고였어요. 1층에는 세븐일레븐, 은행, ATM이 있고, 2층에는 작은 중국 슈퍼마켓, 수영장, 헬스장, 어린이 놀이터, 옷가게, 카페/레스토랑, 그리고 마라탕집까지 있어요. 정말 없는 게 없어서 필요한 건 다 구할 수 있었죠. 근처 몇몇 장소까지 무료 셔틀도 제공해줘서 좋았습니다. 유일한 단점은 옷장 밑에서 저희 것이 아닌 쓰레기 봉투 두 개를 발견했다는 점과 싱크대가 깨끗하지 않았다는 점이에요. 그 외에는 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 다시 이용할 의향이 있어요. 청결도를 개선하고 좀 더 상쾌한 냄새가 났으면 좋겠습니다.

중국인에게 더 적합한 호텔이에요. 건물 입구부터 객실까지, 벽면부터 비품까지 모두 중국 스타일이에요. 심지어 제공되는 칫솔에도 중국어가 인쇄되어 있고, 모든 에어컨과 TV도 중국 브랜드예요. 엘리베이터 홀에도 큰 중국어 두 글자가 쓰여 있어서, 모르는 사람은 정말 중국 내 어느 건물인 줄 착각할 정도예요. 환경은 나쁘지 않고, 비교적 넓고 밝아 보이지만, 여러 곳이 좀 낡았고 깨끗하게 닦이지 않은 곳도 있었어요. 방에는 모기와 작은 날벌레 한두 마리가 있었어요. T1 터미널까지 택시 타기가 매우 편리해서 환승하기에 적합해요. 호텔 로비에는 무료 커피, 주스, 물도 제공돼요.

호텔은 공항에서 약 20분 거리에 있으며 픽업/샌딩 서비스를 제공하지만 사전 예약이 필요합니다. 도로변에 인접해 있어 밤에는 오토바이 소음이 특히 시끄러울 수 있으니 도로를 향하지 않는 객실을 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 조식은 8층에서 제공되며, 3~4가지 요리만 선택할 수 있습니다.

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

We recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
