the hotel location is very convenient to restaurant, fast food and park, commuting is very convenient too!the hotel is not too perfect, its old. the door needs a new one,the bathroom sink is clogged.Good thing staffs are kind and accomodating.we still recommend due to cheap price and convenience.we will come back soon.

Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

My stay at City Corner Hotel is Good. Some things just needs to be addressed and repaired to complete Customer Satisfaction. No flush at the toilet. Needs repair, Door at the toilet is broken. Lots of mosquito insects even though it has already been sprayed. No complimentary water and even complimentary soap, needa to buy at their convenience store. No cable tv and even local channel is not present. Door key is very hard to open. But the staff are very helpful, just needs to repair things thay needs to be repaired. Thank you
