(엘리베이터와 계단은 숙박 카드가 없으면 사용할 수 없습니다) 휴대폰의 충전은 콘센트는 스스로 가져와 주세요. 어미니티는 칫솔.샴푸 타월은 제대로 준비되어 있습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없습니다. 냉장고가 있습니다. (미네랄 워터 있음) 커피 등의 온수는 없습니다. 나중에 필리핀으로 여행하고 있는 분은 알고 있다고 생각합니다만, 고급 호텔 이외는 샤워는 뜨거운 물은 아닙니다의 주의를(여기는 온수 설비는 없습니다) 이상입니다.'

'So far the place is safe they have a safe parking space. Only the amenities is need to improve like the towels it should be a big towel and it should be two towels each rooms. I my self working in a cruise ship. So i know what is need to be improve And the tv as well need to fix the signal.'

'this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.'

'We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.'
