Hi, Ms. Maryam. Thank you so much for hosting Louie and I. We had a great time at Baguio City Suites. 😍 You are so accommodating and hospitable. Super grateful that you lend me your iron steamer. 😁🥰 Super comfortable suite and the relaxing ambiance of the Serenity garden makes us feel like we are home away from home. 🥰 Sincerely, Louie and Kleo Carlos

Good for families, especially with kids—they have a Kidzone, which is a nice bonus. The place has a great vacation vibe, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, it’s not very stroller-friendly since there are many stairs and no ramps, which can also be challenging for seniors. The food was good, and we appreciated that they changed some of the menu daily, which kept meals interesting. Overall, it’s still a nice place to stay. 😊

When visiting Baguio, this is a great stay. The staff is extremely friendly abd supportive durinf your stay, from the porter or the guard till the waiters and the reception. The rooms are not big, but comfortable. Nice to stay in Camp John Hay.

Wi-fi is spotty. No bedroom slippers. No decent table in the room. No hot water in the lavatory. When I raised the concern of white sediments present in the faucet water which could be a health concern, I was just asked to just get water from the dispenser. It was not properly checked, and I was not moved to a different room.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
