BBernard VoonThe resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel.
The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source.
The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable.
Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service.
Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

리리뷰어We had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

TTamas MarokThe price and the reviews set high expectations, but the reality was quite disappointing.
Our room was not clean, and the view from the back window was directly onto a pile of garbage, which was very unpleasant. Based on our experience, even a 3-star rating would feel generous.
The only positive aspect we can highlight is that the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, apart from that, we did not have a good overall experience.

BBabu ram sha kanuAmenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing

DDanica GraceOur recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river.
From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

리리뷰어Hotel is situated near to bharatpur airport. Hotel is new and maintenance / house keeping is great. Outside restaurant near to chowk are available, we tried one such moti mahal for pure veg. Management was helpful. Over all stay was great.
