Welcome to our updated, cozy 2 bed 2 bath basement suite with a private entrance. You'll have the entire basement to yourself. We've done everything we can to make it a place we'd love to stay. We hope you love staying in it too! Entrance is through the gate and around behind the left of the garage. You can't find a better location to stay when visiting the greater Salt Lake Area. We're right between the two Cottonwood canyons within 28 min or less from 4 world class ski resorts, back country skiing, rock climbing, biking, and many more activities up the canyons. You're near the 3 major freeways (I-15, I-80, and I-215) which means you can get anywhere you want in Utah. Even if you need to go beyond the Salt Lake Valley the freeway access makes it easy to get on the way. We offer a fully functional and stocked home and kitchen. We try to offer everything you'd need to live here while staying here. The kitchen includes all the needed cookware and appliances to make a great home cooked meal (e.g. spice rack, oven/range, blender, microwave, keurig and drip coffee makers, air fryer, instapot, crock pot, rice cooker, sugar, flour, butter, knife set, serving utensils, etc). All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Linens and towels are provided. There's a smart TV, high chair, toys and games for all ages, a dedicated work space, and more.You'll have access to dedicated off street parking. You're welcome to park 1-2 cars on the far left of the driveway when facing the house. Please make sure the cars are not blocking access to the garage or pull through driveway. The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.This second-floor apartment is brand new with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. After a full day of skiing and exploring all that the SLC area has to offer, you will find our private covered hot tub, comfortable beds, and gas fireplace just what you need to relax and revive. We have high speed Xfinity wifi, a large screen Smart TV in the living room, and a TV in two of the four bedrooms.
