No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. 누군가의 출장을 위해 예약했습니다. 이 호텔은 회사와 가깝기 때문에 일반적인 선택입니다.

청결도: 옷장 밑에서 사용했던 커피 팩을 발견했어요. 위치는 괜찮아요. 특별한 건 없지만 나쁘지도 않아요. 서비스: 서비스는 좀 별로였어요… 냉장고가 전혀 시원하지 않아서, 음료가 차가워지는 데 말 그대로 이틀(48시간)이나 걸렸어요. 조식과 이벤트는 좋았고, 그곳 웨이트리스도 친절했어요… 다만 직원들이 카운트다운을 보러 밖에 나가라고 안내해주지 않은 게 좀 아쉬웠어요. 카운트다운이 끝나고도 12시 이후까지 계속 앉아있었다는 거 상상해보세요, 하하. 청결도와 서비스만 개선되면 솔직히 10점 만점에 10점짜리 호텔이 될 거라고 생각해요.

객실은 깨끗하고 밝았으며, 편안하고 아름다운 분위기였습니다. 가격 대비 객실 상태는 10점 만점에 9.5점이었습니다. 하지만 서비스와 관리는 실망스러웠습니다. 새벽 1시에 객실에 헤어드라이어가 없는 것을 알고 프런트에 요청했습니다. 경비원이 담당자에게 연락했고, 담당자는 모든 직원이 이미 퇴근했다고 알려왔습니다. 다음 날 아침 헤어드라이어가 필요하면 프런트에 적힌 번호로 WhatsApp 메시지를 보내달라고 했고, 우리는 알겠다고 했습니다. 다음 날 아침 10시에 WhatsApp 담당자에게 연락했는데, 우리 객실은 자기네 관리가 아니라는 답변을 받았습니다. 고객센터에 전화도 해봤지만 아무도 받지 않았습니다. 더 심각한 것은 상황을 설명했는데도 WhatsApp 담당자는 정확한 연락처를 알려주기는커녕 ”모르겠다”라고만 답했다는 것입니다. 솔직히 특정 직원을 탓하려는 건 아니지만, 우리 방이 해당 관리 구역에 속하지 않는다면 왜 카운터에 그 번호가 그렇게 눈에 띄게 표시되어 있었을까요? 오해를 불러일으키고 불필요한 혼란을 야기했습니다. 결국 예약 페이지에서 다른 연락처를 찾아 직접 전화를 걸었습니다. 담당자는 헤어드라이어를 바로 보내주겠다고 했지만 10분이 지나도 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 다시 카운터로 내려가니 직원이 ”지금 좀 바쁘니 다시 올라가세요. 직원이 방 밖에서 기다리고 있습니다.”라고 말했습니다. 마치 우리를 빨리 내보내고 싶어서 핑계를 대는 것 같았습니다. 왜냐하면 방으로 돌아갔을 때도 아무도 없었기 때문입니다. 결국 헤어드라이어는 오전 11시가 되어서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 헤어드라이어 하나 배달받는 데 한 시간이나 걸린 건 정말 어이가 없었습니다.

호텔 위치는 시내와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 지하 주차장은 좀 으스스했고 대부분 다른 단체 손님들이 예약해 놓은 상태였습니다. 그래서 호텔 앞 도로변에 주차했습니다. 주차 요금은 꼭 내셔야 합니다! 조식은 볶음면(Yee Mee)을 제외하고는 괜찮았습니다. 볶음면에는 MSG가 조금 더 들어갔으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 오믈렛은 맛있어서 여러 번 먹었습니다. 넷플릭스 계정이 이미 가입되어 있어서 저희 계정을 사용할 필요가 없었습니다. 생수를 추가로 요청했는데 방으로 가져다주셔서 감사했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 항상 필요한 것을 도와주려고 했습니다.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.
