Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
· Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
· Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
· Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
· Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

리리뷰어이 호텔의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 쇼핑몰과 바로 연결되어 있고 도심에 있습니다.
아침 식사는 정말 방대하고 다양하고 맛있었습니다.
우리는 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드되었고 매우 감사했습니다. 방은 넓고 넓었습니다.
하지만 두 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 우리 방이 이벤트 바로 위에 있어서 밤에 그곳에서 음악과 소음이 들렸고 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.
두 번째로 방의 조명이 적어서 다소 어두웠습니다. 샤워실에는 조명이 없어서 블라인드를 내리면 약간 어두웠습니다.
이는 향후 개선을 위해 고려할 수 있습니다.
하지만 이 두 가지 사소한 문제 외에 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그 외에는 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

리리뷰어For the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

KKlessmann호텔은 매우 아름답고 훌륭하며 직원들은 매우 친절하며 로비에는 방을 기다리는 동안 놀 수 있는 매우 편안하고 차가운 장소가 있습니다. 우리는 오후 130시에 우리 방에 들어갈 수 있습니다.
방은 조금 작지만 가격 대비 저렴하고 편안합니다. 또한 이온 쇼핑몰과 외식할 수 있는 현지 레스토랑도 근처에 있습니다. 이포에 다시 오면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요.

리리뷰어이번 한달동안 여행을 하면서 가장 좋은 기억이 남는 호텔 이었다. 깨끗함과 친절함은 여행가인 나에게 가장 인상깊은 안겨준 호텔 이었다. 모든 리셉션이 친절했지만, 그중에서 가장 친절한 리셉션인 ERIKA는 언어가 통하지 않는 나에게 마지막까지 친절을 베풀어 주었다. 기회가 있다면 다시 한번 꼭 방문하고 싶은 호텔 씨티텔 익스프레스 호텔 이포 찾아가고 싶다.
ERIKA 건강하고 씩씩하게 나이먹은 한국인이 다시 만날 날을 기대해 봅니다.

익익명 사용자오후 2시 30분경 체크인을 했을 때 직원들이 최선을 다해 방을 배정하려고 했고 25분 후에 그는 방을 배정했습니다. 우리는 호텔 앞 도로에 차를 주차했습니다.
방은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다(하우스키핑이 잘 해냈습니다!). 저녁 4시경에 우리는 늦은 점심을 먹으러 나갔고 FO 카운터에 들러서 직원(여자 직원 1명)에게 알리고 엔지니어링 직원에게 욕실 샤워 수압이 너무 느리다고 확인했습니다. 차에 도착했을 때 놀랍게도 MBI에서 나를 불렀습니다!! (FO 직원이 밖에 주차한 차가 많아서 밖에 주차한다고 생각했기 때문에 안에 주차하라고 한 적이 없습니다!! 오후 5시 30분경에 돌아와서 수압이 해결되었는지 물었더니 (아, 지금 해야겠어요) 해결되지 않았다는 뜻이라고 대답했습니다!
다음날 아침 식사는 그저 그랬어요!!
샐러드 바가 끔찍했어요(상추가 신선하지 않아요 - 오믈렛은 양파 - 치즈 - 버섯으로만 준비했어요) 셰프가 고추(3가지) - 파와 같은 다른 선택지도 고려해봐야 할까요?
나시 레막(이칸 빌리스는 너무 딱딱해요 - 이포가 세티아완 근처에 있어서 좋은 멸치를 구할 수 있을 것 같아요).
베란다 밖 - 블라인드는 음식 카운터 쪽에 있고 손님을 위한 테이블은 어떨까요? 블라인드 없이 햇빛을 쬐게 두었는데 뜨거운 햇빛 때문에 안으로 들어오는 손님이 몇 명 있었고 그들은 어린아이를 데리고 왔어요.
오전 10시에 커피 머신이 꺼졌고 아침 식사는 오전 10시 30분..
전반적으로 헤드 셰프가 음식의
기준과 품질을 확인해야 합니다! 이는 호텔 평판에 중요합니다. 왜 Impiana Hotel Ipoh에 머물렀을까요?? Ipoh에서 좋은 호텔이 몇 개뿐이고 Impiana KLCC와 동일한 기준이어야 하기 때문입니다.
이 부분을 살펴보시고 7월에 몇 박 더 방문할 수도 있습니다.

LLShannonWe travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful.
The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow.
Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

JJane-As이 호텔에 두 번째로 묵었습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 이번에 얻은 방만 있습니다. 문은 공간이 있는 것처럼 보이고 닫히지 않습니다. 그래서 바깥의 모든 소리를 들을 수 있고, 이 전의 방은 매우 괜찮습니다.
