나는 호텔과 직원을 정말로 좋아한다. 그리고 위치는 훌륭하다. 내가 만족하지 않는 유일한 것은 지속적인 건설 소음입니다. 휴식하거나 잠을 자기가 매우 어렵습니다.

Heavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

글쎄, 이 호텔이 메리어트 가족에 속한다는 것을 알고 놀랍게도 기본입니다. 물론 깨끗하지만 인테리어에 신경을 쓰지 않고 고객을 받는 방식의 조명, 일반적으로 작은 것들이 삶을 더 좋게 만들고 여기 이 메리어트에서 매우 쉽게 개선될 수 있습니다. 티후아나에서는 특히 대중 교통이 좋지 않아 여러 가지 이유로 호텔에서 Uber나 택시를 타고 이동하므로 고객은 호텔 로비에서 택시를 기다리며 많은 고객이 동시에 일치할 수 있습니다. 그리고 소파와 안락의자 2개(한 좌석에 Winston Churchill과 같은 압착 3개와 2개)만 있고 자신이나 가방을 쉴 곳이 없습니다. 이것은 일종의 기차역 같은 플랫폼에서 경험을 약간 벗어나게 합니다. 아침 식사는 허용되며 필요한 모든 것을 제공하지만 식사 공간은 매우 어둡고 조명이 약합니다. 솔직히 시간을 거의 추측할 수 없습니다. 가구는 매우 싸고 아침 식사를하면서 신문을 읽고 싶지만이 7/11 상점을 끝내고 떠나고 싶습니다. 나는 내가 약간 까다롭게 들릴 수 있다고 확신하지만 나는 그렇지 않습니다. 전체 경험을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 비싸지 않은 작은 변경을 하는 것은 매우 쉽습니다. 머물기에 저렴한 곳이 아닙니다. 이것을 기억합시다.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

By far the best priced ” Nice Hotel ” in TJ. Even if you were to find a place for $5 to $10 less dollars take a great piece of advice look at both hotels before you book them because I bet you the West Plaza going to be worth way more to you. I'm in the next basketball player so most ex basketball players know everything by 15 ft because that's how far the free throw line is this looks like almost a square 15 the living room so that would get you at 3:25 to 350 and then you got about another $150 in the bathroom so it's plenty of room if you're a family and you need two beds the rooms are huge and one other thing I throw in if you were to bring a lot of people they better room here that I've never seen before it's cross the street from it across the room for me I wish I could take a picture of it it has three beds in it and it's beautiful

Great location, fantastic staff, and very nice and clean rooms. Walking from this location was so much fun, with so much to see and enjoy. (Walk North then west at Home Depot….4-6 blocks after you cross the bridge over the river along Home Depot and Tacate factory you will see many vendors selling wonderful food and a vast variety of items).

部屋に行くと、明らかに清掃がされていない部屋でした。すぐに部屋を変えてもらいましたが、清掃担当とフロントの連携がうまく取れていないのかもしれません。 ホテルに暇な時間帯があるのは理解できますが、フロントスタッフや駐車場係がロビーのソファに座ってスマホいじりやお喋りに夢中でした。 部屋はシリンダーキーではなくカードキーであることは安心できますが、客室階には階段で上ってこられる構造なのは若干心配でした。特にフロントスタッフも出入りする人を注視してはいなさそうに見えました。 初のメキシコ訪問で、他のホテルには泊まったことが無いので何とも言えませんが、なぜか廊下に面して窓がありました。もちろん遮光カーテンがついており、廊下から部屋の中は見えませんでしたが、若干気になりました。もしかしたら、部屋の中で非常事態があった時に、窓を破って入れるように、ということかもしれない？ 部屋は清潔感があり、値段に対しても広め。水が2本置いてあるのも高ポイント。 ベッドがかなり柔らかめなので、人によっては腰を痛めやすいかもしれません。 床がすべてツルツルの石張りなので、清潔感があります。ただしシャワーの後はしっかり足の裏を拭きましょう。滑って転びそうになりました(笑) たまたま私が通された部屋がハズレだったのかもしれませんが、建物の内向きのような方に面した部屋で、窓からの眺望はありませんでした。 立地はレボルシオン通りから横道に入って1ブロック半と、とても便利な場所。夜間はレボルシオン通りの明るさに対して、どの横道も暗めで人通りも一気に少なくなりますが、このホテルの前は他の横道よりは比較的街灯が明るい方だと思います。レボルシオン通りから1ブロックの交差点に24時間営業のドラッグストアもあり、道にホームレスが寝ているようなこともなかったので、治安面では他の人の動きに注意していれば問題ないと思います。 総合すると「滞在そのもの」は快適でしたが、所々でユルいというか、クオリティの低さが目立つように感じたので、そこを改善されると安心して泊まれると思います。
