주차 가능 오마치 호텔 예약

반달 동안 백마에서 스키를 타러 갔기 때문에 주방이있는 호텔에 살고 싶었 기 때문에 이곳을 선택했습니다. 매일 백마 스키장까지 운전하는 것은 멀지 않습니다. 차는 집 앞에 주차 할 수 없습니다. 무료 주차장 밖에 주차해야합니다. 눈이 내린 짐을 방으로 끌고가는 것은 조금 어렵습니다! 방은 큰 문제가없고 뜨거운 물이 충분하고 방에 냉난방기와 히터가있어 춥지 않지만 침실에 문이없는 이유를 모르겠습니다. 거실과 침실 사이에 에어컨 장비가 하나뿐일 수 있습니다. 그렇습니까? 정부는 약간 혼란 스럽습니다. 세부 사항은 다음과 같습니다. 베이스 2를 예약했는데 체크인 할 때 직원이 베이스 1을주었습니다. 베이스 1인지 확인하기 위해 다시 물었습니다. 직원은 예, 호텔이 고의적으로 배치되어 있고 깊이 조사하지 않았다고 생각했지만 두 번째 눈을 끄고 돌아와서 문에 알림이 게시 된 것을 발견했습니다. 내용은 직원의 실수가 나에게 잘못된 방을 주었다는 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에 가라고 요청했지만 해결책을 설명하지 않았습니다. 프론트 데스크에 도착한 후 직원과 대화 할 수 없었습니다. 그는 내가 방을 바꾸거나 돈을 추가하고 싶은지 말하지 않았지만 잘못된 방에 대해 사과했습니다. 다른 손님이있을 것인지 물었습니다. 그렇지 않으면 이사 할 수 있습니까? 내 4 개의 큰 수하물에 대한 모든 항목이 제거되어 포장하는 데 많은 시간이 걸리고 하루 종일 눈이 내리고 저녁을 먹지 않았기 때문에 너무 피곤했습니다. 직원은 휴대 전화를 눌러 멈추지 않았지만 휴대 전화 번역을 사용하지 않았습니다. 말문이 막혔습니다 ... 마침내 최소 20 분 동안 혀있었습니다. 나는 내가 Base 2로 돌아갈 것을 제안했지만 그는 계속 OK OK라고 말했습니다. 나는 그에게 Base 2 열쇠를 가져 오라고 물었을 때 멍하니 왜 나에게 물었다. 그럼 열쇠를 주지 않으면 어떻게 머물 수 있습니까? 머무는 동안 청소와 청소가 없었고, 며칠 동안 쓰레기도 청소되지 않았습니다. 너무 비위생적이었습니다. 수건과 기타 자료는 보충되지 않았습니다.

호텔 내에는 레스토랑이 없으니 식사를 원하시면 차로 5분 또는 걸어서 10분 정도 거리에 식당이 있습니다. 객실은 넓지만 테이블이 없어 조금 불편합니다. 호텔에 온천이 있고 분위기가 좋고 편안해서 숙박할 만한 가치가 있습니다.

주인분들이 모든 것을 깨끗하게 관리해 주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 주변 음식도 맛있었고요. 무로도로 가기 전 밤에 준비해 주신 음식도 정말 좋았어요. 감사합니다!

White Hotel Grand Hakuba is located up in the mountains, about a 30-minute drive from the main town area (Hakuba Station / Happo Bus Terminal). This is perfect for those who, like me, prefer a peaceful and more secluded environment. The hotel provides a daily shuttle service between the hotel, Hakuba Station, and Lion Café, which is conveniently located next to Happo Bus Terminal. There’s no need to worry about being “stuck” in the mountains—just remember to reserve your shuttle seats in advance. The room interiors and the surrounding scenery are beautiful—words can’t fully describe it; it’s something you really have to experience for yourself. One of the biggest highlights is the ski-in, ski-out convenience. You can start skiing or snowboarding right outside the hotel. I chose this location mainly for its easy access to snowboarding, as we were beginners and wanted a less crowded place to learn. The view from the top of the slope was magnificent—you could even see the lake. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and warm. There are several English-speaking staff members, both Japanese and non-Japanese, which made communication easy. We had both breakfast and dinner at the in-house restaurant, and the meals were good and satisfying. The onsen is free to use in the morning. In the evening, it is available for private use at an additional charge, which I felt was well worth it. Overall, I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Very very helpful staff. We had injury when we arrived here and stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very cooperative and helpful during this time of distress.

It’s just a guesthouse but everything was clean. The only thing is there’s no key to lock the door. No towel and amenities all be given. I think the area is too safe hence the owner thinks no keys neededi

Stay was great. Went to the Kurobe Dam. Sure it could’ve been nicer, could’ve smelled better. But for the location I think it got the job done nicely.
