The staff were very friendly, picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was large, clean and had plenty of additional space in the living area. We didn’t hear any noise from the next door supermarket and it was very convenient. There were good food options nearby and the hosts kindly dropped us at the station to store our bags and then took us to the castle in the morning. We would happily have stayed longer!

요청하기 전에 필요한 모든 것을 생각하는 호텔입니다. 가미코치 지역의 다른 호텔과 멀리 떨어져 있다는 점은 정말 좋은 점입니다. 고요한 산 꼭대기에 머물면서 대부분의 관광객이 머무르는 계곡의 산책로를 즐길 수 있는 경험을 할 수 있다는 것입니다. 하지만 직원들은 자동차가 아닌 대중교통을 이용하더라도 호텔까지 쉽게 갈 수 있도록 도와줍니다(산책로와 하이킹 코스를 오가는 경우에도). 대중 버스 정류장에서 호텔로 돌아갈 수 있도록 항상 셔틀 버스가 운행됩니다. 때때로 다른 호텔의 지나치게 형식적인 분위기와는 달리 호텔에는 정말 여유로운 분위기가 있습니다. 직원들은 우리에게 물어볼 필요 없이 우리의 까다로운 향후 여정을 계획해 주었는데, 이는 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 객실 전망은 숨이 막힐 정도로 아름다웠고 객실 자체는 전통적이며 넓었습니다. 긴 하이킹 후에 온천은 즐거웠고 음식은 매우 훌륭하고 넉넉했습니다. 거래 느낌이 들지 않는 호텔. 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

1. 일본 온천 호텔 100선에 선정 2. 저는 일본에 10번 이상 가봤고 1K에서 3K 사이의 가격에 있는 호텔에 묵었습니다. 이 호텔은 단연 가장 만족스럽습니다. 호텔 서비스 직원이 당신 앞에 걸어갈 때 항상 웃으며 따뜻하게 인사합니다. 전문적이고 따뜻한 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 3. 침대 1개와 식사 2개를 이용할 수 있는 50제곱미터 이상의 객실을 적극 권장합니다. 방도 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋았고 저녁식사도 아주 세심하게 잘 해주셨어요. 네 번이나 온천에 몸을 담그었는데 거의 다 예약했어요. 아름다운 풍경 4. 나는 마츠모토 성을 좋아합니다. 시내의 점원들은 매우 열정적입니다. 이전에 갔을 때 오사카, 도쿄, 교토에는 여전히 사람이 많았고, 마츠모토에서는 거리에 우리 가족과 외국인 몇 명만 있는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 마츠모토 성, 쿠사마 야요이, 부티크, 은세공품 상점, 수공예품 상점이 많이 있습니다. 다음에 또 오세요

Fukashiso could be one of the loveliest accommodation that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very polite, attentive and extremely helpful and courteous. The place itself is so beautiful and quaint. Traditional garments are provided as an option if you want to dress up for dinner. Made for great photo ops! The Kaiseki was the most beautiful equivalent of a degustation I’ve tried, and it was served in a lovely separate intimate dining area. During dinner Nobu-San a fourth generation family member of the owners greeted us which was a lovely touch. Soba was freshly made at the accomodation. We stayed two nights and the Kaiseki menu was different each time. Breakfast was a nice assortment of Japanese and Western options and the coffee machine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the onsens, there are two public ones that switch locations for men and women and a private one. They were well equipped and relaxing. Our room was on Level 1 with a private bathroom, seating area and little garden view. Overall this place is highly recommended. For a traditional ryokan experience, it was so nice. Even after we checked out, the receptionist gave us a little gift, and even walked us outside to where our car was parked. Such a warm and lovely place. Stay here for sure!

숙소는 마츠모토역 근처, 시내 중심부의 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 시내를 걸어 다니기에 좋습니다. 객실은 작지만 좁지는 않습니다. 남녀 온천탕이 따로 마련되어 있습니다. 다양한 아미티(Amity) 제품을 선택할 수 있으며, 크림과 마스크팩도 받아갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 주차장이 있으며, 1박당 1,000엔의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 제빙기도 무료로 이용하실 수 있습니다.

2층에는 욕실이 6개 있습니다. 5인 가족이 이용했는데 침실이 매우 넓습니다. 샤워실은 1층에 있습니다. 온천은 뒤에 있는 다른 건물로 분리되어 있습니다. 입을 수 있는 유카타가 있습니다. 그리고 수건도 제공됩니다. 전반적으로 매우 좋고 합리적인 가격으로 간주됩니다.

It may be a little far away from Matsumoto Station but its definitely worth the effort! The most affordable and Japanese quality accommodation! Great Japanese breakfast and dinner, can upgrade to shinchu beef which is a MUST!! The beef just melts in the mouth. The onsen is great and clean. The single room is really big and thats the view in the 3rd photo from the room. The souvenir shop is awesome! Its sells some great product like honey which i cant find at the souvenir shop at Matsumoto station. There is a mini concert at times at the hotel which sings Japanese folk or country songs. It is a hotel that caters to mainly Japanese locals where the reception cant speak English but are super friendly and willing to communicate through translation apps. Awesome place! Definitely coming back again!

Renovated lobby area, onsen lacks of ryokan style of cleaning essential. This hotel run by Chinese people so did not feel that they paid attention to the detail of service. Dinner kaiseki meal were underpar. Breakfast even horrible. I can tell they did not serve freshly made salmon, they were very hard to bite. Most item are heated from frozen like suimai and xiao longbao which I didn't expect to have as Japanese breakfast. Miso soup was the same leftover from dinner. Coffee not hot at all. I don't think I will stay there again.

Outdoor temperature was around –3°C, but the ryokan felt even colder because some sections were open to the outdoors. The walkway from the rooms to the onsen is uncovered, so there’s no way to avoid the cold. I had to wear my winter jacket just to walk to the public bath. There is a private bath option, but the one assigned to me was far too hot — I couldn’t even step into the water. The public bath is a very small indoor pool, probably suitable for 2–3 people at most. There is no shower in the room, so using the public bath is unavoidable. The room itself was very cold. On top of that, I had to carry my own 25-inch luggage up three floors as there is no lift, so this place is not suitable if you can’t manage your own luggage. Dinner was disappointing — just soba and a simple soup with pork and some vegetables and mushrooms.

마츠모토역에서 도보로 10분 미만에 위치하고 있습니다만, 조용한 곳에서 이동에 고생을 느끼지 않습니다. 렌터카 회사도 근처에 있으며, 자전거 서비스도 있으므로 추천합니다. 외국과 일본인 스탭에 의해, 안심하고 숙박 할 수 있었습니다. 자전거를 빌릴 때 눈길을 걱정하고 헬멧을 빌려 주셨습니다. 무료 커피 서비스는 돌아온 후 차가운 몸을 따뜻하게 해줍니다. 트윈 룸은 입구가 좁지 만 룸은 잠을 자기에 충분합니다. 단지 콘센트 구수가 적고 전원 탭이 있으면 좋다. 무료 아침 식사는, 회장은 좁고 매일 같은 메뉴입니다만, 기다려 먹을 수 없게 되는 일도 없고, 한가지 갖추어져 있기 때문에 매우 고맙습니다. 마츠모토에 갈 때는 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.
