RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

RrobofficialThis was a truly unique stay. The place isn't a traditional hotel but a picturesque collection of rooms. The host is fantastic, and everything functions perfectly. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked wonderful. The location is excellent, within easy reach of both the train station and the stunning city center. I had a fantastic experience!

익익명 사용자酒店床單和被套明顯是上一個客人退房以後沒換，床單和被套上有頭髮和很多黑色小纖維球。晚上23點打電話請前台幫忙處理，前台説不會英語，還説room service下班了，作為一家標星4星級的酒店有點無語了。酒店所在街區不是當地人的街區，很多都是外來面孔，晚上出行注意安全。

리리뷰어This was an excellent little find. Perfect location near lots of cute boutique shops and quaint streets. The restaurant choice around us was vast and our hotel service staff were as helpful as could be.
The room was small but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was simple and lovely.
One thing to prep for, the air conditioning unit was old and didn't work very well. Bring an extra fan. I'd recommend it for a few days stay.

거리는 실제로 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 그러나 어쨌든 귀마개를 사용하므로 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다.
침대는 괜찮고 베개는 그리 많지 않습니다
AC는 아파트를 통해 중앙에 제어되며 일년 중 가장 더운 달에 여행하는 경우 약간 약하다고 느꼈습니다. 또한 침대 바로 위에 배치되어 머리에 바로 불어 있기 때문에 실제로 좋지 않습니다.

MMarcela C.The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Beautifully decorated and the breakfast is amazing (tea/coffee, milk, yogurth, croissant, mermelade, cereals and cake). On Sunday breakfast is served in a cafeteria 300mts but is just coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Spotless clean, great and very hot shower. It has a fridge. Our room was the smallest one, the others are much bigger, but for us it was perfect. Easy to check in and Julia was very kind. Highly recommended!!!
