TTrip LOVERss이것은 내가 유럽에서 머물렀던 최고의 호텔입니다. 오래된 역사적인 건물이며 모든 인테리어가 개조되었습니다. 가장 좋은 점은 역사적인 리프트를 유지하고 전반적인 인테리어가 아름답게 배치되었다는 것입니다.
이 호텔은 기차역까지 도보로 6 분, 중앙 지역까지 10 분 거리에 있기 때문에 위치는 5-stars입니다.
이 호텔은 물 2 병, 팝 음료 2 병, 주스 1 병 및 땅콩을 포함한 음료의 풀 미니 바를 제공하므로 편의 시설도 5-stars이며 모두 무료입니다. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디 로션, 비누 및 샤워 캡이 완비되어 있습니다.
청결도 5-stars. 우리는 물건의 두 개의 큰 가득한 수하물로 방을 엉망으로 만들었고 housekeroinh는 우리가 창틀 아래에 두 개의 수하물을 넣는 것을 도왔습니다.
Seevuxe도 5-stars입니다. 우리는 두 병의 와인을 샀고 그들은 우리에게 훌륭한 서비스로 와인 잔과 코르크를 제공했습니다. 또한 제노바에서의 우리 처음이었다, 접수 원은 우리가 가야 할 지역과가는 방법을 자세히 설명했다.

리리뷰어The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre
though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

리리뷰어The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

YYidongThe location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

리리뷰어A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional.
The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Albergo con un'ottima e ampia scelta per la colazione e personale gentile.
Peccato che abbia bisogno di qualche ritocco.
La nostra camera aveva la moquette bucata, il copriwater spostato (un po' fastidioso) e le luci erano un po' basse...
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo comunque.

CCaleb Li매우 깨끗하고 새로운 호텔입니다 , 호텔은 아니지만 모든 환경이 매우 깨끗합니다  성격 비율이 높고 직원이 영어를 이해하지 못하지만 의사 소통 할 수 있습니다 , 보스는 매우 좋고 캡슐 커피 머신 이 있으며 교통은 역과 매우 가깝습니다.
