Отель отлично расположен, близко к центру, но за пределами зоны ZTL, в красивом историческом здании. Здание большое , некоторые из номеров в не в основном здании. Наш номер в этот раз был в основном здании , нам показалось это более удобным. Парковка отеля во внутреннем дворе, удобно. Номер чистый, большая ванная комната , кровать удобная. В ванной только мыло и гель-шампунь. Хороший завтрак. Есть автоматы с напитками, вода 0.7 евро, что очень кстати так как в номере воды нет. Не помешало бы обновить ковровое покрытие в коридорах, но в общем все хорошо.

El hotel es genial, y me atendieron bien, aunque al llegar me echaron al principio la culpa de haber hecho mal la reserva. La habitación que les salía era con camas separadas, y me dijeron que me había equivoacado. Me extrañó mucho, aunque acepté el error y el favor que me estaban haciendo al cambair la habitación. Trip.com에서 16제곱미터짜리 스탠다드룸을 예약했는데, 더 작은 프랑스식 객실을 받았습니다. 하지만 진짜 불편했던 점은 욕실 환풍구에서 담배 냄새가 난다는 것이었습니다. 그래서 신고를 했지만, 안타깝게도 이틀 밤 후에 스탠다드룸으로 바꿔주었고, 담배 냄새가 거의 나지 않았습니다. 결국 이런 불편이 없었다면 숙박은 완벽했을 텐데 아쉽습니다. 만약 이 문제를 알고 있었다면, 이런 문제가 있는 객실을 아무에게도 주지 않았을 것입니다. 처음에 도착했을 때, 누군가 방에서 담배를 피운 것 같았고, 리셉션 직원이 방을 환기시키고 담배 연기를 흡수하는 제품을 뿌렸습니다. 문제가 방 때문이라고 말했더라면, 즉시 방을 바꿨을 것입니다. 안타깝게도 그들은 일부 객실의 문제점을 잘 알고 있으면서도 계속해서 객실을 배정하는 것 같습니다. 어쨌든 전반적으로 긍정적인 평가를 내리고 싶습니다.

Even though the location wasn’t very central, the metro station was just around the corner and the train brought you within 33-4 stops to either the city centre or the central train station. The architecture of the hotel was a bit idd (see photo) but the rooms were very comfy and practical. A fridge, wifi, aircon, a hairdryer were all there and I felt safe and could sleep without the normal city noises. The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The breakfast room was a bit bland but the breakfast itself was quite alright for italian breakfast standards (breads, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh Italian coffee). I really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back!
