Wifi did not work in our room.

This Hotel (which is a Motel not a Hotel) is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in a lifetime spent traveling the world over! Parking under the Hotel “at your own risk. The Hotel takes no responsibilities for thefts.” The A/C was not working at all - in a night of scorching heat (30 degrees Celsius), I called the Front Desk several times, they always told me they would look into it and resolve the issue and would get back to me/never did! DIDN’T SLEEP ALL NIGHT LONG because of the heat and stickiness in the room! In the morning I tried to take a shower: ONLY COLD WATER in the room! In the morning I went to complain at the Reception: very rude and arrogant personnel. At 7:15am I showed up at the Breakfast Buffet, literally NOTHING WAS LEFT! They told me “because they had a Group of Chinese that just had breakfast”. Please NO B.S. - I have never seen such an embarrassing scene (for the Hotel!) all my life!

Breakfast was disappointing and had very limited selection. Stayed there for 3 nights, dreaded coming back to room after long day working. First room the shower was not working, had to use the bathtub that was right smack behind the bed. Air condition was not working properly, made lots of noise without any cool air. Room electricity required card insertion , otherwise, all turns off when leave room. Can’t have extra key bc it doesn’t work if left the other card in the room. Room was dark and thick with perfume to mask strong carpet residual odor. When asked to change rooms, they couldn’t be bothered with and said all rooms were booked however come to find out, there was one adjacent room available. We were finally relocated to a different room our last night which was similar in condition though a/c worked. Overall, strong recommend against This hotel. And the price was absolutely not reasonable for the stay. Very unsatisfactory stay.

Very low level hotel, we took 2 rooms in both air conditioner did not work, rooms were not clean towels with stains. Dark rooms not enough light in the rooms We were required to turn on the flashlight of the phone An unpleasant experience at all we were lucky it was for one day.

I had booked for me and my two children of 19 and 17 years of age. The ages were clearly mentioned on my booking. Nevertheless the receptionist claimed that I had booked the third person as a child, and that their age limit for children was 8 years of age - and they charged me 20 Euro extra for the room, without any change whatsoever in service (e.g. no special new bed for a 17 year old). I paid up but I found that not to be a correct procedure - especially accusing me of something I had not claimed. And the extra charge for no extra service is somewhat illegal, I find. I was in a hurry and in too tired to argue, but I am not happy with this behaviour.

Not awfull for 1-2 days just to sleep and take a shower but you can find much better (the water goes down the drain very slowly and your feet are 3-5 cm in the water), in bathroom there is no ventilation and smells damp. Also found a short hair, don’t want to think from what part of body🤢🥴. Smells of trapped air and cigarettes in a hall and trapped air in the room. Air conditioner doesn’t work well. And on the window there is no mosquito net. So we had to choose the fresh night air of the June heat and get bitten. And the price was 160€ !!! For what?

Entrati in camera e sistemata la roba, abbiamo cercato il telecomando per la Tv e non c’era; chiesto alla reception, ci hanno cambiato la stanza: risistemata tutta la roba, qui la Tv funzionava, ma solo coi pulsanti sul fianco del video, sempre telecomando non funzionante, benché qui presente (cambiato pile, ma nulla). Rientrati dopo cena in stanza, abbiamo sentito tutto il discorso dei vicini di stanza, che non gridavano assolutamente, ma parlavano con un tono normalissimo; per fortuna dovevano esser stanchi più o meno come noi, perché dopo un po’ non si son più sentiti. Abbiamo dormito su delle MOLLE A FORMA DI MATERASSO. I cuscini per il letto del bambino sono stati ricavati da quelli del divanetto, adattato a lettuccio, con la loro federa da divano e messi direttamente dentro ad una bianca per un cuscino classico. Al mattino doccia: bagno allagato, da cui abbiamo capito perché la porta (appunto del bagno) non chiudesse bene, dal momento che in basso era tutta gonfiata (in volte precedenti; noi abbiamo evitato che l’acqua giungesse fin lì) . Colazione: se non sei per l’europea, non sei obbligato a friggere delle uova e abbandonarle in un vassoio da insalata russa, non riscaldato. Ma 4 stelle chi gliele ha date?

Sono andata in gita con la classe e per il prezzo è molto valido, ho letto le recensioni prima di partire e me lo aspettavo peggiore, sono recensioni eccessive. Non era top la pulizia e la colazione poco abbondante ma certe recensioni sono veramente eccessive e molto sottovalutato, perfetto per passare la notte, massimo 2, con gli amici. La posizione non è delle migliori se non si ha un mezzo di trasporto a disposizione.
