Ccoron.mom아침에 공항에 도착해, 오전 10시에 가방을 부탁하려고, 호텔에 가면 얼리 체크인해 준 것은, 긴 비행 후였기 때문에, 살아났습니다.
스탭의 분들은 매우 친절하고, 복도에서 다른 배팅 메이킹의 분도 니콜리 인사해 주셔서, 기분 좋았습니다.
아침 식사도 천천히 맛있게 받았습니다.
체크아웃은 12시까지이므로, 아침에 버터 버터 하지 않고 아침 식사 후에 천천히 할 수 있었던 것은 좋았습니다.
1박뿐이었지만, 매우 조용하고 차분한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

리리뷰어친절하고 환영하는 직원. 더블린에서 밤을 보내는 방법에 대한 아이디어를 생각해 내도록 도와주었습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다! 방은 만족스러웠고 그 목적에 부합했습니다(하룻밤만 있었다는 것은 우리가 실제로 호텔에 그렇게 많이 머물지 않았다는 것을 의미했습니다). 우리의 전망은 경치가 좋지 않았지만 다시 말하지만 실제로 우리에게는 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 중앙 위치가 훌륭하고 현지 대중 교통을 이용하여 돌아다니고 싶다면 자신감을 가지세요. 더블린에이 호텔을 추천하고 다시 갈 것입니다.

리리뷰어The hotel is beautiful and steeped in history. Breakfast was very nice and location is convenient for the airport. My only issue was we stayed in room 003 and in the morning about 4am delivery trucks starting driving back and forth down the side alley which actually woke us up as the window was open. One of the trucks even decided to back up down the alley with a constant beep beep beep which was really annoying. I'm not sure why he just didn't turn around but clearly he chose not to. The other small issue was the shower took forever to drain but this is an easy fix which the hotel said they would look after. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

KKuo SHII stayed at the Marlin Hotel Stephens Green for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect — easy to walk pretty much everywhere, and close to shops, transport, and places to eat.
The room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt modern and well maintained. Service was great too — staff were friendly and quick to help with anything I needed.
Overall, an excellent stay. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Dublin!

리리뷰어We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city.
The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41.
The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes.
The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly.
The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol.
Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

리리뷰어We arrived around 5.30pm and stayed only one night. The welcome drink was a nice touch but however in the morning there was lots of banging next door to our room. My husband was up all night with a cold so we hadn’t slept much. When we walked out of our room at 9.30 am to have breakfast the cleaners were sitting in armchairs with their vacuums and cleaning g products. It felt like they were waiting for us to go. When we returned to our room to pack up ( check out is 12) there was a knock at our door at 11.30 by cleaners. It felt like a lot of pressure for us to get out and no privacy as they were siting outside.
The staff at breakfast hovered and were on top of us and asked us to order straight away before we even read the menu. The wait for the food was long and my eggs were cold when they came out.
There is no lift to our floor so passing the cleaners sitting in armchairs we also passed cleaners sitting on the stairs. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and not private.
The hotel it self is well located and beautiful interiors but wouldn’t stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of boutique and 5 star hotels all over the world and this was just average.

TTeacherTravelTimesI decided to ditch staying in the city centre based on my below par experiences there on my last trip. When looking on Trip.com, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dalkey was the same price as several dorm rooms in the city centre when I looked.
Getting there from Dublin Airport was relatively straightforward. I took and Aircoach from the airport to Dalkey/Ulverton Road and then walked for about 15 minutes. Up to the hotel entrance.
The hotel is fairly old fashioned but personally I found it very charming. The staff were well-trained in the art of hospitality, the rooms were clean, locals were in and out of the bar, restaurant and leisure centre.
Furthermore, the room was spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The tv had a nice range of channels and the bathroom had a working shower and an abundance of towels. One thing missing was a toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. I was told that you can get slippers on request as well.
Get the breakfast. It’s €16 and it’s a buffet style with a delicious selection of hot and cold food. There’s rashers, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, the works. I wish I could’ve eaten more! I loved that they had a wide range of ages working there as well. One of the staff tripped when she went to ask if everything was ok and she said ‘I’m fine, I’m falling for you!’ It was then that I knew that I was home.
The leisure centre is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. I’ve stayed in so many places where it’s literally an empty room with a few bits of old equipment but they had loads of weights, treadmills, bikes, etc. They do classes and physiotherapy as well. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. Plenty of ages in both as well but it wasnt overcrowded so you’ll get a few lengths in if you want.
Lastly, make sure to go for a walk about Dalkey and the surrounding areas. I spent the morning walking down to the Vico Baths, the Forty Foot (both swimming locations) and passed through Dalkey Village. Plenty of people will be out with their family and friends whether it be for a walk, bike ride, swim or a coffee and a chat. Ditch Dublin City and say yes to Dalkey!
