CChrysaWe booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

리리뷰어좋은 호텔입니다. 렘방에 있는 레스토랑 근처에 위치해 있어요. 다만, 아이들이 많이 수영하는 수영장에서 흡연이 허용되는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 흡연 구역을 좀 더 안쪽으로 옮겨야 할 것 같습니다. 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다.

SSusi PEverything was great clean rooms, nice facilities, and the pools were awesome. This was my fourth time staying at Sangria, and I always enjoy it.
The view is beautiful, and the hot water pool or jacuzzi is a great bonus.
Definitely recommend

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

Vibes alam nya yg menenangkan selalu mengundang untuk kembali. Taman yg Luas, Playground dan Pool sedikit hangat utk anak, cukup menjadi favorit.
Hal yang kurang menyenangkan adalah Bagian Resto nya. Pliis deh setiap kesini Menu Breakfast selalu SAMA. benar 2 sama. Sy sampai hapal. Variasi dan Taste nya sangat kurang.
Ditambah Attitude karyawan Resto kurang ramah. Kurang senyum, dan terkesan berlebihan dalam mengawasi tamu yg makan. Woi mbaa kita udh bayar additional charge utk anak2 yg gak murah ya 75K / anak dengan menu yg sangat simple. Mungkin bisa di training lagi utk Hospitality nya, dan Chef nya tolong buat Varian menu, biar tamu ga bosan.
Untuk Front Office, Security, Helper semua oke dan ramah.

Bener² enak bgt pelayanan super ramah, makanan juga enak², ada kolam renang, ada playground indoor dan outdoor juga bikin anak² happy yg bawa bocil² ya. Trs pulangnya dikasih batagor buat dibawa pulang. Terbaik deh emng. Lokasi juga dket kemana². Akh pokonya jgn ragu buat nginep disini kalo lg dilembang. Terimakasih

리리뷰어위치는 고속도로 측면에서 매우 전략적이지만 실제로 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 방은 넓고 편안하지만 에어컨이 없으며 차는 우리 방 바로 옆에 주차 할 수 있습니다. 경치는 언덕이다”& 고속도로에는 딸기 정원이 있다.
유일한 단점은 수영장이 없다는 것입니다.

익익명 사용자It was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.
