7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. They also had a roof top bar with great views. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Athens

항구에 있는 이 보석 같은 호텔은 환상적입니다. 세련되게 가구가 비치되어 있고 넓고 매우 깨끗하며 크루즈를 타기 전에 숙박에 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 우리는 밤 늦게 도착했고 따뜻하게 맞이했고 즉시 체크인되었습니다. WiFi는 무료이며 빠르며 포함 된 뷔페 아침 식사는 매우 환영했습니다. 내가 짧은 도보 거리에있는 크루즈를 타면 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

천체 크루즈 후에 묵었는데, 루프탑 레스토랑에서 보이는 풍경이 정말 멋졌어요. 음식도 훌륭했고, 직원들과의 소통도 정말 좋았어요. 정말 인내심이 많았어요. 저희가 하는 모든 질문에 친절하게 답해 주셨고, 모르는 게 있으면 직접 찾아주셨어요. 일요일 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었어요. 음식 구성도 좋고, 종류도 다양하고, 신선함까지 최고였어요.

솔직히 국내 호텔과 비교하기는 어렵고, 별 등급은 큰 의미가 없다고 생각합니다. 방은 매우 작았고, 시설도 그냥 그랬습니다. 전기 주전자도 없었고, 칫솔이나 치약 같은 세면도구는 따로 요청해야 했습니다. 조식 메뉴는 단조로웠지만, 식재료 자체는 괜찮아 보였습니다.

이 호텔은 아테네 외곽에서 택시로 약 10분 거리에 있지만, 덕분에 호텔 내 레스토랑에서 바라보는 도시 전체의 아름다운 전망, 특히 바다오리들이 날아다니는 모습은 정말 장관입니다. 5성급 호텔인 이곳은 전용 수영장과 아테네 호텔에서는 흔치 않은 고급 편의시설을 갖추고 있어 강력 추천합니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 지하철역은 도보 1분 거리에 있지만, 20~30분 정도 걸으면 플라카 지구까지 갈 수 있어 모든 곳을 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 역 앞에는 루프탑 카페가 있는 쇼핑센터가 있어 멀리 아크로폴리스를 비롯한 멋진 전망을 감상하며 편안하게 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 입구에는 아테네에 대한 자세한 정보를 제공하는 다양한 브로셔가 비치되어 있습니다.

저는 사업상의 이유로 아테네로 여행했습니다. 방은 중앙에 있었고 넓었으며 커피숍과 음식점이 가까웠습니다. 바로 옆에 유료 주차장이 있어서, 주차 공간을 찾을 필요가 없습니다. 서비스도 훌륭하고 직원분들도 매우 친절해요!! 꼭 다시 선택하고 싶습니다!!!

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
