das Hotel war ok für eine Nacht, das ZImmer recht spärlich in der Ausstattung, weder einfache Pantoffeln noch sonst irgend welche Amenities im Bad, der Staff am Abend beim Check-In war freundlich jedoch nicht wirklich professionell. Summa Summarum war es wie gesagt ”ok” für eine Nacht

Excellent located if you want to visit University / Technologiepark. Well equipped room. Wall behind bed very dusty, dirty wall in bathroom. Early breakfeast from 6:30 available, but no coffee since staff forgot cleaning coffee machine.....

호텔은 훌륭하고 단순합니다. 방은 작지만 괜찮습니다. 근처에서 음식을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 다시 올 것입니다.

너무 이상한 곳) 좋은 위치, 좋은 방이지만 불편한 분위기. 우리가 바닥으로 들어 올랐을 때 이상한 소녀가 홀 소파에 누워있었습니다. 호텔은 거의 비어 있었지만 청소 직원이 오전 9시에 우리 문을 두드렸고, 그리고 오전 11시에 체크아웃하지만 방에서 나가야 한다고 말했습니다. 밤이 되자 포터가 호텔 로비의 불을 끄고 떠났지만 문이 열려 있었고 거리의 누구나 호텔에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 안전하지 않습니다.

Location is excellent with walking distance from themain railway station in Dortmund. Another advantage is that the bus stop for the airport express, which is opposite the railway station on the left hand side is also only a five minute walk. The reception was very helpful and supportive. The room was clean nd quite. Wifi worked well. Behind the hotel are many shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk.

호텔은 도르트문트에서의 2박의 주요 목표였던 BVB 도르트문트 경기장과 가깝습니다. 좋은 서비스와 따뜻한 환영. 간단하지만 훌륭한 아침 식사.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

방은 작았지만 하룻밤 묵기에 충분했습니다. 터미널에서의 체크인은 복잡하지 않았으며 오전 17시부터 리셉션에서 누군가도 이용할 수 있습니다. 불행히도 현재 들을 수 있는 건축 현장이 있지만 전반적으로 견딜 수 있었습니다. 벽이 상당히 얇아서 가끔 이웃 소리가 들립니다. 고속도로나 고속도로와의 근접성은 창으로만 열립니다. 청결은 괜찮았지만 침대 아래를 더 잘 볼 수 없었고 창문, 거울은 다소 유연했습니다. 난방/에어컨도 한 번 세탁해야 합니다. 수건과 침대 시트에도 가벼운 반점이 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 평균적인 선택을 제공하지만 가격은 다소 높습니다. 긍정적으로 언급 된 것은 리셉션의 멋진 여성으로 매우 친절했습니다. 결론: 하룻밤 동안 높은 요구 사항이 없으면 호텔은 괜찮지 만 개선의 방법이 있습니다.
