호텔 로비는 넓고 웅장하며, 인테리어는 정교하고 밝습니다. 편의시설도 매우 완벽합니다! 객실 시설은 깨끗하고 새것 같았고, 가전제품과 욕실 시설도 잘 관리되어 있었으며, 물과 전기 공급도 안정적이었습니다. 공용 공간도 흠잡을 데 없이 관리되어 있었습니다. 체크인부터 로비 휴식, 그리고 객실 투숙까지, 모든 시설 이용 경험이 정말 좋았고, 세심한 배려가 느껴져 매우 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다~

이번에 아이들과 휴가를 보내면서 호텔에 정말 놀랐습니다. 1. 호텔은 중국식 정원 스타일로, 발걸음을 옮길 때마다 풍경이 바뀌어 사진 찍기에 정말 좋았습니다. 2. 프런트 직원들이 매우 친절하고, 요청하는 대부분을 들어주었습니다. 특히 Lilian은 서비스 마인드가 뛰어나서 문제점을 이야기하면 바로 피드백을 주어 칭찬할 만합니다. 👍 3. 조식 뷔페는 종류가 다양했고, 특히 동관 현지 특색 요리가 몇 가지 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 토란 갈비 볶음밥은 맛이 환상적이었습니다. 4. 실내 수영장에는 사람이 많지 않아 편안하게 수영할 수 있었고, 사우나(건식 및 습식)도 있었습니다. 야외 수영장은 녹음이 우거진 풍경이 정말 멋졌습니다. 5. 호텔에서 다양한 활동을 제공했는데, 이번에는 싱잉볼 명상을 체험했습니다. 특별한 경험이었지만, 일몰 의식은 놓쳐서 다음에는 꼭 체험해보고 싶습니다. 6. 유일한 아쉬움은 호텔 보트를 타지 못한 것입니다. 고장 수리 중이어서 이용할 수 없었습니다. 보트를 타고 호수 위를 떠다니며 브이로그를 찍는 모습을 상상해 보았습니다. 7. 호텔 스냅 촬영은 정말 강력 추천합니다! 이번에는 운이 좋았던 건지, 아니면 호텔 사진작가의 실력이 뛰어났던 건지, 찍힌 사진들이 예상보다 훨씬 좋았습니다.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 완벽했습니다! 프런트 데스크 직원분은 매우 전문적이고 친절했습니다. 객실에는 밤이 되면 도시가 내려다보이는 바닥부터 천장까지 이어지는 대형 창문이 있었습니다. 턴다운 서비스도 세심하게 제공되었고, 아이 마스크도 제공되었습니다. 헬스장은 24시간 운영되고, 주변 쇼핑가도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 친구들에게 강력 추천합니다!

I had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere. The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me. Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need. One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself. I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

프론트 데스크의 남자와 여자는 매우 친절합니다. 현관은 매우 넓고 디자인은 스마트하고 웅장합니다. 방은 깨끗했고 바닥에 머리카락 하나 없었습니다. 침구와 수건도 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있습니다. 호텔체인 경영이 꽤 좋은 것 같습니다. 2층에 세탁실이 있어서 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사 옵션이 꽤 많아요. 저는 흰 죽을 마시는 걸 좋아해요. 전반적으로 좋아요 👍 좋지 않은 리뷰를 보고 조금 걱정이 되었지만, 이곳에 묵고 나니 꽤 가성비 좋은 호텔이라는 생각이 들었습니다.

혼자 동관 여행하러 묵었는데 숙소가 깨끗하고, 서비스도 좋았어요. 바로 밑에는 쇼핑몰이 있어서 간식 사먹기도 좋았고 월마트도 들를수 있었습니다. 그리고 수영장도 이용할수있다는걸 미리알았더라면 수영도 했을텐데, 수영복을 미리 준비하지 못해서 아쉬워했습니다. 다음에 또 묶고싶은 호텔이었습니다.^^

10년 전 완다호텔에 처음 왔을 때는 매우 만족했습니다. 10년 만에 찾은 이 곳은 예전과 달리, 시설이 노후화 되었고, 조식도 안 좋아졌습니다. 욕조 사워기는 물이 샜고, 수리를 요청했지만 수리가 불가했습니다. 침대 시트는 찢어져 있었고, 보증금 500 위안이 있어서 혹시 벌금을 낼까 염려되어, 호텔에 미리 신고를 하였습니다. 예전 기억을 가지고 다시 오시는 분들에게 참고 되시라고 후기를 남깁니다. 재방문 의사는 반반 입니다. 이 호텔은 Trip.com 에서 광고를 많이 하는데, 광고비를 아껴서 시설 보수에 사용하는 것이 좋겠습니다.

The front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making the experience hassle-free from start to finish. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt as good as new following its recent refurbishment. Overall, the comfortable ambience, along with the cozy bed and pillows, ensured a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of authentic local dishes as well as freshly brewed coffee for guests who enjoy starting their day with a cup of coffee. The hotel's strategic location is another major highlight. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and hawker stalls are situated within walking distance, offering plenty of dining options. There is also a local market just behind the hotel, where guests can enjoy authentic local food and browse a variety of shops. In addition, a large shopping mall is located approximately 1.5 km away, making it easily accessible on foot and providing a convenient place to find everything you need. Transportation is very convenient, with taxis and ride-hailing services such as DiDi readily available from the hotel to various destinations. However, one drawback is that the hotel shares the building with commercial lots, and the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from people talking in the corridors and surrounding areas could be clearly heard, even as early as 5:00 a.m., which occasionally disturbed the stay. Despite the minor issue with noise, my overall experience was very positive and well worth the price paid. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would also gladly choose to stay here again on my next trip to China.

조용하고 한적한 분위기에 중국식 정원 스타일이 인상 깊었어요. 공간도 넓고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. (샤워할 때 신을 슬리퍼 두 켤레만 더 있었으면 완벽했을 것 같아요.) 아이들은 물놀이를 즐기고, 어른들은 헬스장과 등산을 즐길 수 있었어요. 서비스는 좀 아쉬웠어요. 로봇 응답이 느리고, 직원 호출도 여러 번 해야 겨우 응답이 왔어요. 아무래도 직원이 부족한 것 같았어요. 노동절 연휴라 그런지 체크인 절차가 매우 느렸고, 오후 6시 30분이 넘어서야 겨우 키카드를 받을 수 있었어요. 다행히 매니저님이 유연하게 대처해 주셔서 아이들은 먼저 수영하러 가고, 수영하지 않는 가족들에게는 음료 쿠폰(콜라, 스프라이트 또는 인스턴트 커피 중 택 1) 몇 장을 제공해 주셨어요.
