A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The pitlochy hydro hotel is located higher up the hill. The room are well kept and maintained. Walking down the street need about 10-15min. The hotel has a large carpark. They have waiting area (also smoking areas) they have pools for u to enjoy as well

Location was perfect to our needs and all staff extremely pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful (Only very slight negative was that TV in our room had no reception - we didn’t advise staff since we were only staying the one night so had minimal impact)

On arrival we had a warm welcome with complimentary drinks and shown to our gorgeous room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The added extras and attention to detail were exquisite and in my book should be a 5 star hotel. Everything from the food and drink to the surroundings was absolutely beautiful. Also don't worry about taking wellies as they can be provided along with dry robes. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying here and will be back.

Unglaublich freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Öffentlicher Parkplatz keine 3 Min Fußweg entfernt. Über Nacht auch kostenfrei. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Leider etwas hellhörig, bei dem Preis aber auch ok.

더블 침대는 한심한 매트리스였습니다. 이 날과 그녀의 편안한 침대는 기본입니다. 우리 롯지에서 램프 음영이 깨졌고 카펫을 교체해야합니다. 501 호실 거실 강한 나쁜 강아지 유형 냄새가 있습니다. 우리는 거실에서 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다. 그것은 깔개나 소파에서 가져온 것입니다. 이 롯지는 피곤하고 업데이트가 필요합니다. 욕실은 거무스름합니다. 침실은 조명이 약하여 어둡습니다. 좋지 않다!

Not the easiest to find if not using satnav but in a very tranquil location. Large carpark. Nearest shops about an 8 minute drive away. Very nice hotel but rooms could be done being modernised. Bed a bit too firm for us. Very welcoming staff. Very good breakfast with a good choice and made to order hot food. Did not have dinner. Can go for a quiet walk along the river.

We enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.
