EEmmanuelI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

TtheminimeThe location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!
Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.
Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.
All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.

리리뷰어호텔은 기차역에서 도보로 5~7분 거리에 있어 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 기차역 입구까지 바로 가는 버스를 타실 수도 있으며, 중간에 맥도날드가 있습니다. 호텔에서는 제네바에서 버스, 기차, 배를 이용할 수 있는 대중교통 패스도 제공합니다. 제네바 공항에서는 급행열차로 단 12분 거리에 있습니다.

KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

리리뷰어호텔은 넓은 객실과 차를 끓일 수 있는 시설을 갖추고 있었고 매우 깨끗하게 유지되었습니다. 호텔은 중심지에서 몇 마일 떨어져 있지만 무료 교통카드를 이용하면 버스로 단 20분 거리에 있습니다. 근처에 패스트푸드와 레스토랑이 있어 도심에서 식사하는 것보다 가격이 저렴합니다. 리셉션 직원은 도움이 되었지만 지나치게 친절하지는 않았습니다. 나는 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것이다😀

리리뷰어위치는 그다지 좋지 않습니다. 시내와도 가깝고, 비교적 조용한 편입니다. 벽에 걸린 사진을 보면 많은 연예인들이 머물렀던 것 같습니다.

리리뷰어호텔은 제네바 호수 옆의 조용한 마을인 Versoix에 위치하고 있으며 제네바 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 기차역과 가깝고 기차가 더 많습니다. 시내 중심가까지 10~20분 이상 소요됩니다. 우리는 스위스 패스를 가지고 있으므로 편리합니다. 또한 유람선을 타고 제네바 시내를 오가는 것도 좋은 경험입니다. 호텔 근처에 제네바 호수에서 수영을 할 수 있는 곳이 있지만 불행히도 우리 여행은 너무 서두르고 수영 할 시간이 없었습니다. 조금 아쉽습니다. 호텔 옆에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있어 간단한 식사를 해결하는 것이 매우 편리합니다. 방의 큰 창문은 제네바 호수를 향하고 있으며 전망은 좋지만 방의 시설은 약간 낡았고 새로운 현대적인 느낌이 아닙니다. 전반적으로 가격이 매우 높습니다. 나는 이 도시를 정말 좋아한다!
