Otel konum olarak merkezdeydi temizlik düzen ***et iyiyidi beğenmediğim tarafı kapalı otopark olmaması arabayı temiz bırakıp kirli aldık. Odalardakı minibar ürünleri dışarıya göre aşırı pahalı geldi. 서비스 태도가 훌륭합니다 모든 직원이 매우 친절합니다 인터넷 Wi-Fi 서핑을 도와주는 등 힐튼의 높은 관리 수준을 보여줍니다 아침 식사 공간도 완벽합니다 방은 깨끗하고 편안합니다 유일한 호텔의 단점은 호수와 가깝다는 것입니다. 6차선 고속도로가 빠른 속도로 지나갑니다. 호텔에 호수에 쉽게 도달할 수 있는 안전한 통로가 있으면 완벽할 것입니다.

5 성급 표준에 도달하지 못하면 더 블룸의 침대는 작고 수영장도 있습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 일반적이며 이스탄불의 호텔과 비교할 수 없습니다.

아주 나쁘고 별로 추천하지 않습니다. 위생상태는 보통이고, 입욕을 위한 샤워실은 고장난 상태이며, 에어컨은 없습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사는 아시아인의 입맛에는 적합하지 않습니다. 심각하게 권장하지 않음

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.
