훌륭한 편의시설! 하지만 밤에는 음식 공급이 제한되어 있고 배만 있고 컵라면은 오후 10시 이후에 이용할 수 있습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다!

나는 퀸 사이즈 침대를 예약했고 대신 더블 침대를 받았습니다... 우리는 12세 아이와 체크인했고 그녀가 이미 성인으로 간주된다는 것을 알고 있으므로 추가 인원에 대해 지불했습니다... 그들은 영수증을 주었지만 프런트 데스크에 따라 추가 정보를 제공할 수 없습니다. 침대, 사용할 수 없습니다… 내가 예약한 wagt로 퀸사이즈 침대가 있는 한 문제가 되지 않는다고 그들에게 말했습니다… frondesk Ren이 확인합니다. 방에 들어가자마자 더블사이즈 침대에 퀸사이즈 침대가 아니라 전화를 걸었지만 예약이 꽉 찬 유일한 객실입니다!!! Ren은 퀸사이즈 침대를 보장합니다! 또 다른 오해의 소지가 있는 것은 예약 시 아침 식사가 "뷔페 아침 식사"로 표시되었지만 플레이팅이 없고 음식도 좋지 않다는 것입니다. 우리는 심지어 그들의 레스토랑/룸 서비스를 시도했는데 너무 비쌉니다! 전반적으로 — 좋지 않은 경험 객실 요금이 너무 비싸고 직원이 적절한 고객 서비스 교육을 받지 못했습니다.

전망도 좋고 시설도 좋고 조식 뷔페는 Trip.com 사이트에 나와있는데 그렇지는 않습니다. 우리의 모든 체류는 훌륭했습니다!

리조트는 멋지고 넓지만 개발 중인 마을 안에 위치하고 아직 주변 주택이 없어서 이 지역은 약간 외딴 곳입니다. 리조트 편의 시설 외에 할 수 있는 유일한 활동은 녹지에서 조깅이나 달리기입니다. 저는 나무와 새소리, 그리고 많은 소들을 좋아합니다. 나이트라이프를 찾고 있다면 근처 마을로 운전해서 가야 하고, 커피숍, 삼겹살, 패스트푸드 레스토랑을 찾을 수 있습니다.

First, as to the check in, there were a lot of people at the counter but they were still frazzled. The room was nice but the room amenities were minimal. Good thing our room was near the stock room so it was easy to ask for supplies. During breakfast, we entered the restaurant and nobody seated us and nobody took out order. But there were a lot of interns present. The one in charge of the cashier had a mistake in tallying our order and took a long time to get the change. The place was really nice but it seems like the management did not take the time to brief the interns.

The good: Pools - Their pools are AMAZING. They have a wide variety of pools to choose from. From your own pool access to one with waterslides, there's an option for everyone. Their pools look great and you'll definitely have a lot of fun swimming. The bad: Wifi and rooms - Wifi and cellular signal is VERY BAD. They have wifi but it's not working (which makes the wifi pretty much useless). You might think of using data but there's no cell signal so using data is pretty much useless as well. This is hard for those who may want to contact family members or sneak in some work-related activities. The rooms are okay but you can see that they are a bit worn out. One of the rooms we stayed in had a huge stain on the mirror. Their shower also didn't heat up as much so you were pretty much just taking cold showers. The ugly: Restaurant - I cannot express how disappointed I was with their restaurant. For the past couple of outings, we've had to cook our own food, so we tried to look for a place with an in-house restaurant this time around. I even asked for their menu prior to booking to make sure they had a wide variety of food selection. We were very excited when they did. BUT when we got there, not only were we not allowed in the restaurant due to an ongoing WHOLE DAY function (which we were not informed), but they had almost NOTHING available on their menu. We had to choose from like 5 items they had remaining. And the amount of food we got for their price was definitely not worth it. The servings were small and we were a big group. I asked the reception upon check in if the breakfast was available at least and they said yes. BUT to my surprise the day after, almost ALL their breakfast meals were also not available. Once again, making the free complimentary breakfast stub useless. We had to go out of the resort to buy food at the nearby restaurants just to eat since you can't order room service due to their restaurant not having any food. You can't order online either since, again, they don't have wifi and cellular data. TLDR; I do recommend the place for DAY TOURS. Again, their pools are amazing. But I recommend bringing a lot of your own food since they might not have anything available in their restaurant. :-/

The place quite old… our room smells an old room The personnel at the receptions are not accommodating as some will welcome you with a smile and if you ask something they wil find way to accommodate what you need “not them” but the room attendant all of them are nice… overall we enjoyed staying there especially withmy kiddos….
