'The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices.'

'The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.'

'Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room. Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom. Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet.'

'방 환경이나 전반적인 컨디션은 매우 좋았고, 리조트 분위기가 물씬 풍겼습니다. 아래층에서 골프장 쪽을 보면 캥거루를 많이 볼 수 있었는데, 이 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장은 무료로 이용할 수 있었지만, 물에서 소독약 냄새가 너무 강하게 나서 염소 농도가 과한 건 아닌가 싶어 그저 그랬습니다. 방 안에 있는 미니바도 괜찮았고, 음료 가격도 비싸지 않았습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았고 매우 푸짐했습니다. 단점으로는, 중국 리조트처럼 다양한 오락 시설이나 활동이 없어서 식사와 술 위주로 다소 지루한 시간을 보내야 했습니다. 다음으로, 이 호텔 직원들에게서 전형적인 백인들의 고압적인 태도가 느껴져 은연중에 불편함을 느꼈습니다. 물론, 제가 너무 과민하게 생각한 것일 수도 있습니다.'

'저는 비행기 시간 사이에 하룻밤만 묵으려고 했지만, 아파트는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 현대적이고 넓었으며, 침실 2개에 욕실 2개가 있었습니다. 공항과 가깝고 슈퍼마켓까지 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있었습니다. 공항 픽업 서비스도 5달러에 제공되었고, 리셉션은 24시간 운영되었습니다.'
