Aragon 호텔은 거의 Bruges의 중심에 위치하고 있습니다. 소형차는 접근이 용이합니다. 더 큰 스테이션 왜건이나 소형 또는 대형 MPV가 있는 경우 호텔에 주차하기가 어려울 수 있습니다(주차 공간이 제한되어 쉽게 접근할 수 없음). 우리가 예약한 객실은 본관에서 도보로 2분 거리에 있는 별채에 있었습니다. 거기에 걸어가는 것은 문제가되지 않지만 거기에 짐을 끌고 있습니다! 또한 메인 호텔에는 레스토랑과 아침 식사 장소가 있기 때문에 걸어서 가야 하는데, 이는 우리에게 문제가 되지 않았지만(2019년 중순 여름 날씨는 좋았고 건조했습니다) 비오는 날이었습니다. 우리가 방에 지불한 전체 가격은 방이 넓고 좋았기 때문에 그 이상이었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮지 만 4 성급 호텔 등급까지는 아닙니다. 체크아웃할 때 모든 것이 선불이었지만 신용카드로 지방세를 지불하라는 요청을 받았지만 실망스러웠습니다.

On arrival made to feel most unwelcome by the boss! Made to feel like a criminal as we arrived too early (2pm) for check in. All he cared about was getting €4 per person per day City tax! Breakfast good apart from the continuous chair legs scraping in a room with echoey acoustic. Have they never heard of rubber or felt chair leg stoppers? The bedroom was tired in line with most of the place. The massive bed was a disaster with no support the pillows were just cushions - the 3 worst nights sleep we can remember. TV no didn’t work until batteries were replaced in the remote control. Won’t be staying again -a sophisticated facade that does not compensate for old tired dated uncomfortable rooms with senior staff (owner?) having no customer service skills. You can get a lot more for less€.

23/08 aangekomen rond middernacht! Een heel fijne maar vooral warme ontvangst gekregen van Thais, een super receptioniste! Ze beantwoorde al onze vragen, vroeg zelf of we ontbijt wouden de volgende ochtend! Na een paar problemen met de elektriciteit die nacht in Knokke, stelde ze iedereen gerust dat dit zo snel mogelijk zou opgelost worden! Een jonge inspirerende vrouw! Ze verdiend een dikke pluim! Groeten Alexander en gezin! De kinderen waren heel tevreden met de chocoladekoeken (( liefs Nelly 8j :) ))

This was my third time in Bruges and I have to say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The location was excellent, far enough out of the tourist areas so it was nice and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk into the centre. The room had an incredible view of the canal and was open and airy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we both had a great nights sleep both nights we were here. We found the staff really friendly and welcoming and would definitely come back here. Highly recommend.

We booked this because it has Tesla charging points and we needed two rooms and parking. Had we realised it is a Best Western we would have gone elsewhere. It was snowy and icy and the staff were too lazy to salt the dangerous paths. Breakfast was dire and the waitress (who appeared to be doing everything on her own) gave the impression that she would rather she, and we, were anywhere but there. Inhospitable. The bin outside the main entrance was full on arrival and stayed that way. The male receptionist had nicotine stained fingers, which seemed rather off putting for some reason. You get the measure of the place at breakfast. Every chair is worn out. Typical worst Western. The food was inedible: powdered lumpy scrambled egg, grey mushrooms that looked as if they had been refreshed in hot water, juice made from concentrate. It all looked a bit grubby. Tesla chargers were fine - but nothing to do with the hotel. It's about a 20 minute drove to central Bruges. My advice is use the chargers but stay elsewhere. On no account use the restaurant - they can't cook for toffee!

Hotel very well located for centre of Bruges, and a fantastic price as part of a deal. Room was a bit dated but functional, bathroom a very good size and excellent facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating, room was very clean. Didn't spend a huge amount of time in the hotel as we were visiting attractions etc, but would happily stay here again.
