'The stay was overall good. The location was also great. The food was okay, but not great. We had lunch one day and most of the dishes had uncooked food in them. As i inquired about this, i came to learn that they were busy preparing food for a party and hence they didn't get the opportunity to prepare the dishes well in time. But if this was the case, they should have closed the restaurant for others. It is better to disappoint customers than to have them eat something that can make them sick.'

'Rooms are very very pricey compared to the place and overall quality. They don't serve breakfast even in rs. 3000 super deluxe rooms. It would have been a great stay if the tarriff was within rs. 2000 per night. Also food was a spoiler for us. We had ordered hot gulab jamun at dinner. First the restaurant staff said it was not available and then suddenly called us and said cook will prepare. What we received was a tapri quality fungus filled jamuns. Not expected from such a 3* star hotel.'
