Terrible!! My stay at the hotel was disappointing, particularly due to the level of service and cleanliness. The staff was often unreachable by phone when I needed assistance, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the condition of the carpet in my room suggested it had not been washed for some time, though it wasn't necessarily smelly. This aspect of my stay did not meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The view was good but at night it was noisy due to outside traffic.

Good ambience and service. Booked a double bedroom but they gave 2 single beds. Apart from that, been a good experience

Hôtel location is good and they have so many shuttle buses available all the time and so clean rooms

The location was not so far and was available the shuttle bus service, cleanliness is good and the service 👍, will stay again for my next umrah in sha ALLAH.

I travelled for umrah. The location is good since it’s 15 mins away from haram by walk & 3-4 mins by their free shuttle bus. It’s as good as you can get in this price range.

The shuttle bus service was excellent. Nice welcome entrance. The room was pretty average, cleaned bedding sheets but weird room airflow. Especially if you have allergies or asthma.

Best hotel to stay in Makkah and provides free transportation from hotel to haram ,good facilities and hygene etc ..

Hotal is good but little far from haram 15 to 20 minutes walk. They provide bus service from hotel to haram.24 hours . If you’re young and couple is good . If person old and not able to walk.chose another near haram.and near hotal lot of shops.

Very bad experience, called for billman to help 5 times and no one showed off, Called for a spoon many times and no one showed off, dirty towels, and took 45 minutes or More for checking in

The location is good and the service is also good the hotel is clean and the Amenities are not bad

It was nice place to stay, you walk to Haram only 15 minutes.

Internet service is poor, toilet wasn't tidy.
