One of Cabo’s few condos on a swimmable private beach with fantastic snorkeling! Sunny, bright condo. Short Uber/bus from downtown. Quiet garden setting. Gated community. Few min walk through garden to lovely white sand beach and clear water. Purified Drinkable Water throughput condo! Free WiFi, Netflix and Parking. Convenience store short walk. 5 min drive from Chileno & Santa Maria beaches where snorkeling tours go. Great Pools & Tennis Court. My home recently underwent an entire home remodel, and is now elegantly furnished with luxurious beds, a fully equipped kitchen and brand new appliances with in unit washer and dryer. The Complex has two great pools (one which is more shallow for kids, and another for adults only). There is FREE fast WiFi throughout the condo and patio. There is also a 52" Smart HD TV with Netflix service, and a second HD TV with Netflix service in the master bedroom . The condo is conveniently located next door to 4* resort, which offers several restaurants, bar and spa. The condo complex is a few minutes drive to lots of Restaurants, Night Life and activities, including Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Off Road ATVs, Golf. Additional nearby amenities include a neighboring pharmacy and medical care and Costco. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1 is a luxurious Queen & Bedroom 2 is 2 x twin beds or a comfortable King.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack-n-play crib available upon request.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Gorgeous beach-small unit Directions to unit parking flawed-only need to say turn left at paseo de cabo bello. Was given wrong code for gate to get to beach-host responded quickly with new code Was told day before that other bathroom was inoperable-asked if wanted to cancel-not sure where we would have gone with a day's notice-would have certainly been an issue if we had another couple with us as the workable bathroom is right in the bedroom No condiments at all in the unit-1 ice tray with a few cubes in it-One thing people don't want to lug to a unit is ice Beach is gorgeous-scenery is terrific-Hyatt resort next door is great place to go for breakfast Unit quite small-kitchen small-table small-really only good for two people Two twin beds very hard in one bedroom. Had beach chairs and umbrella in unit which we used

Run down Old, worn out condo. Inadequately equipped. Very responsive manager replaced 2 shower heads. Very quiet, secure and well located community. Needs new mattress and dishwasher.

Property manager is top of the notch Good stay. Found a couple things broken , messaged property manager and get fixed right away. We go to the beach almost every evening to watch the whales. Two tips: 1- The place is in a gated community, 5 mins to the beach adjacent to the property but requires many steps up and down. So definitely NOT accessible if you are planning to push a stroller or wheelchair through. 2- You NEED a car. if you don’t have a car you can’t even do grocery shopping. The two large shops (costco and frecsco ) are all cross the street on the other side of highway/mainroad. You can’t carry food actos am es idea, from the property to the gate is a long 10 mins walk.
