The staff is so friendly and helpful. That really made the trip. The view of the water and beach is fantastic! It would be helpful to have an atm machine on the property. Some nightly entertainment would be nice. The bathrooms were old and the toilet kept acting up. The safes never worked. Low key place which I enjoy.

So nice here! We didn't leave to go anywhere. When we checked out they found forgotten items and brought it to us in minutes before we left, so honest. Beautiful pools and beach in front. Snorkeling was really good.

Subpar food options in their restaurants. The property itself is very nice right on the beach, nice pools and views of the beach. The downside is the location and you'll need to uber/taxi everywhere.

It is a beautiful resort that but it is tired and dated. We have been owners for 20 years, and the rooms need updating. The bathrooms need remodeling desperately. The fire alarms went off three different days, our unit had light bulbs out, the towels are old and frayed, the doors squeak loudly, our patio door didn't lock. No one is paying attention to the little things.

This resort was really quiet, lovely and clean. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. I did find the menu limited. I am a gluten free vegan and it was a bit hard to find things to eat on the menu for a whole week. There is only one real restaurant at the resort but there was also pool side pub food. Even with my critiques we would still come back to this place.

The property is absolutely beautiful, it is built into the mountain side with spiral pathways for the carts and walking up and down. When you need to go to the Pool, Beach, Restaurant or the front gate, just call for a cart and they will arrive at your suite to drive you to wherever is needed. Please bring a lot of singles (“$1 or $2.00) to tip your cart drivers for each ride! Unfortunately, the beach is not swimmable due to rocks, strong tide and undertow, but you can take an Uber to Playa Palmilla public beach ("10 min away for $6 and change") where you can rent chairs and/or umbrellas, just bring your own lunch, snacks and water. This is our 3rd time this year at Regina and we love it! Our suites always have the most stunning view of the Sea of Cortez, and be sure to bring your binoculars so you can watch the whales from the Inizio restaurant balcony for breakfast every morning. You can also view them from your suite's patio if you are eating in, so be sure to bring a pair. We just arrived back on Dec 18th and cannot wait to return in early 2024. First of all, the staff we met were really nice - we enjoyed them at the pool, restaurant etc. The facility is kind of old and not up to date, the resort is built into the hills so lots of walking up and down these steep paved roads. One restaurant on site and two pools but the big one was waaay far away. Just not a great vibe. My kids are all in their 20's and there was no one else there around their ages. Mostly retired folks and time share owners. Also, not the resorts fault but super inconvenient to go anywhere. It was a $40-50 Uber each way into Cabo and a little less into San Jose. We won'[t stay here again

The property is unique, its like your on the cliff, the view from your room is phenomenal. However, the bathroom failed me, the shower pressure was non-existent and the door that leads you to your shower was difficult to maneuver from, the shower door gets in your way.
