호텔 엘 간조 (성인 전용)(Hotel El Ganzo Adults Only)

これで4回目の宿泊になるのですが、このホテルは 今回は1番大きなインフィニティープールがメンテナンス中と言うことで、ジャグジーも全く使いませんでした。 このことをTrip.comでも最初に検索していた時でもどこかに出ていれば、別の日を選んだのですが何も書いてなかったので入れなかったことがとても残念です。そのプールを楽しみに行ったので

Muy agradable la estancia, limpian hasta dos veces al dia el cuarto. Muy buenas vistas, el personal muy cordial, y el concepto del hotel es muy artístico y original. No probamos la comida del hotel, pero los tacos que se ponen afuera del hotel de lunes a sábado, están buenísimos! Sin duda volvería~

We loved our stay at Hotel El Ganzo, the moment we arrived we were greeted with immaculate service from the friendly staff. Ronaldo provided fresh lemonade at check-in and carried our bags to our room for us while telling us about the grounds and hours on the way. The rooftop pool was the main reason for booking and it exceeded our expectations, endless lounging spots and attentive servers. We spent our mornings in the fitness centre and at the ground-level lap pool and it was much more quaint and peaceful. The beach club was wonderful too, the food and music was great, the ocean was calm and the daybeds were so comfortable. The hotel was unique, clean and had so much to offer. There isn’t much outside the grounds other than the marina loop which leads to the beach club on foot, it was a trek but it was lovely- had I known about it sooner we would have biked around it daily! I would suggest Uber as transportation as it was the cheapest and quickest option downtown rather than a taxi from the hotel. Other than not being in the best location, we have nothing bad to say about our experience and we would be delighted to stay again!

Very rustic rooms. Small with no AC. Nice hotel, good service, grounds and pool etc are great. Rooms are very disappointing.

My friend and I came for a last minute girls trip to Mexico and El Ganzo was absolutely lovely. The rooms are filled with art and each night when room service turned down our beds and closed the shades left us tasty little artisanal chocolates in a jar. The beach club is conveniently across the harbor which takes 1 minute to get to by boat that is available during set hours. Their roof deck pool was lovely and we were delighted with the clear hot tub that provided a place to soak due to the lower temperatures making the pool too chilly for us. Additionally, we had a run in with someone who tried to dupe us with a timeshare and had gotten our room information. After that interaction went south, we had some safety concerns so the hotel allowed us to switch rooms and assisted us in that process. The staff were kind and helpful. We would definitely return here for a subsequent trip to Cabo. Definitely prefer San Jose over San Lucas.

Beautiful, well styled, immaculately clean hotel with wonderful amenities and exceptional service. An absolute delight of a stay, and highlight of San José del Cabo.

Constant noise and construction during high season. Hotel staff does not care— even had their holiday party downstairs til 2:30am. Pool area covered in dust and noise “to fix the broken hot tub” so for December guests pay $$$$ but can’t sleep during the day (jackhammering noise) or at night (staff partying) this hotel gives zero care for its guests particularly Americans

Super cool spot…great architecture and art everywhere. Beautiful views out onto the marina. Kind friendly staff. One good lap pool always empty. Another infinity pool and bar on the roof top. Beach club and calm ocean for swimming and relaxing. The only downside is that it isn’t close to much and we got sticker shock at the price of everything. Still worth it though.
