라플스 메카 팰리스에서의 잊지 못할 숙박이었습니다. 카바 전망을 감상할 수 있는 파노라마 원베드룸 스위트는 모든 기대를 뛰어넘었습니다. 성스러운 카바의 숨 막히는 전경을 바라보며 눈을 뜨는 것은 진정 평생 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다. 스위트는 넓고 고급스러웠으며 흠잡을 데 없이 관리되어 있었습니다. 서비스는 최고였고, 조식도 훌륭했으며, 마스지드 알 하람으로 바로 연결되어 있어 움라 순례를 매우 편안하게 할 수 있었습니다. 전망, 편안함, 그리고 소중한 추억을 생각하면 모든 비용이 아깝지 않았습니다. 인샤알라, 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다. ❤️

Our stay at Elaf Kinda Hotel was excellent throughout our Umrah journey. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its location. It is only a very short walk to Masjid al-Haram, making it extremely convenient to return to the hotel between prayers, especially when travelling with family and during pregnancy. Being so close to the Haram made our entire Umrah experience much more comfortable and less tiring. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was reliable, and the room was refreshed daily. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel atmosphere was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby for anything we needed during our stay. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to reach the Haram within minutes. After long hours of worship, it was a blessing to have such easy access to the hotel for rest. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next Umrah, insyaAllah. ❤️ A comfortable and memorable stay that made our spiritual journey even more meaningful.

환상적인 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다(그리고 향기로운 로비). 우리는 Haram 전망이 있는 트윈 디럭스 룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 넓고 편안하며 플러시. 아침 식사도 좋은 시간(6:00~10:30)으로 견고했습니다. 우리는 금요일에 체크 아웃했고 그들은 Jummah salah 이후에 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 호텔은 실제로 하람과 매우 가깝습니다. 온라인 리뷰에서 나는 확신하지 못했지만 실제로는 King Fahd Gate 79까지 도보로 몇 분 거리입니다. 하람에 들어가기 위해 시계탑 호텔보다 문에서 문으로 빠른 것 같습니다. 하람에서 호텔로 돌아오려면 성원을 빠져나오는 위치에 따라 조금 더 길고 약간의 오르막길로 인해(매우 까다로운 것은 없으며 노인이 아닌 것은 괜찮을 것입니다) 바쁜 시간에는 산책로가 혼잡합니다. 또는 호텔 정문에서 거리 수준까지 2분 이내에 운행하는 셔틀이 있습니다. 거기에서 에스컬레이터/리프트를 타고 하람까지 이동합니다. 적극 추천합니다. 여기의 유일한 단점은 욕실에 로션이 없으며 샤워 수압/온도가 그렇게 높지 않았습니다(매우 사소한 문제!)

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
