My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day, ensuring everything remained spotless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and plenty of storage space, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient. The hotel’s location was another major advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. In addition, the common areas were tidy and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout my stay, which was helpful for both work and leisure. The overall environment felt safe, calm, and well organized. Another feature that impressed me was the excellent maintenance of the hotel’s facilities. The lobby was beautifully decorated, the elevators were clean and efficient, and the fitness center was equipped with modern machines. The dining area was spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for meals. Every part of the property reflected a high standard of cleanliness and care, making guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay. Kaaba와 안뜰 Pullman Zamzam Makkah가 내려다보이는 직접적인 전망.편의 시설: 거대한 쇼핑몰, 소매점, 국제 푸드 코트 및 슈퍼마켓 Accor와 직접 연결되어 있습니다. 🔴 나쁜 : 엘리베이터 지연 : 이중 리프트 시스템은 손님이 메인 로비에서 엘리베이터를 전환하도록 강요하여 주요 기도 슬롯에서 극도의 혼잡과 30 분 이상의 대기 시간을 초래합니다.

Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
