'My first stay in the Jabal Omar area. I didn’t put high expectations at first, but honestly the service and staff deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. My stay here during Umrah was excellent. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and the amenities were great there was a coffee machine, kettle, and even an iron provided The bathroom was quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. Only one small thing the room could use more lamps 😌. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.'

The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom well-appointed with high-end amenities, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was immaculate every day. Service at Conrad Makkah is truly world class. Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was elegant, and the staff attentive to every detail. Overall, Conrad Makkah exceeded our expectations in every way. It perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and convenience with the spiritual tranquility that every visitor to Makkah seeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for Umrah or Hajj, you won’t be disappointed.'

'The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the Haram. However, we were very disapointed by the mediocre breakfast (very few types of food to choose from and what's even worse, refilling food is very infeequent) and the very slow wifi (10 mbps at this day and age and in such a high end hotel!!). Overall, the hotel met our expectations in certainareas but was way bellow expectations for the price in others. We're definetly not coming back.'

'We come from uk 🇬🇧 family of 4 and we got upgrade on arrival to suite room with partial kabba view I really appreciated and thank full for everything and plus breakfast is so delicious and so much variety to choice.. we look forward back inshallah soon ..'

'I stayed here in 2019 and returned on December 4th, 2025. From the reception to check-in, the service, and the room, everything was excellent. I loved the room with a view of the Haram and slept soundly without any noise disturbance. There's also a prayer room on the 3rd floor. The hotel has a wide variety of international buffet food, and the service is outstanding. Staff in every department are always quick and helpful. I liked and was most impressed with the Hilton Convention Jabal Omar.'

'Great service by Sahar and the duty manager. It’s my second time at this hotel. Service is good but the location isn’t. Might be close (7 minutes to the new expansion) but it’s far from gate 79 and has a steep hill. I stayed here again based on the service but I wouldn’t recommend it with elderly people.'

'I had a pleasant stay at this Makkah hotel. The location is excellent—just a very short walk to the main gate of the mosque, which makes it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The lower level feels like a small mall, offering plenty of shops and essentials, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. One thing to note is that some lifts were under maintenance, which meant longer waiting times during busy periods. Despite that, I still prefer staying here over the Clock Tower, mainly because you only need to take the lift once to reach the mosque area, making the overall movement much easier and faster. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient choice for anyone visiting Makkah.'
