'Hotel nyaman, bagus, bersih, fasilitas lengkap, staf hotel yang ramah-ramah dan pelayanan top jadi betah berlama-lama menginap di eL Hotel. Ada “kids activity” tiap hari sembari menikmati breakfast dan renang, ada hadiah jika anak-anak mengikuti “kids activity”, kebetulan saat itu ada “menghias cake” jadi anak terasah kreatifitasnya. Ada lollipop buat anak-anak saat sy dan keluarga checkout, sy kurang tau pasti ya apakah setiap anak dapat lollipop semua atau tidak, yang jelas, sy akan rekomendasikan eL Hotel kpd saudara dan teman2 sy. Selalu pertahankan semangat memberikan yg terbaik buat customer dan kompak selalu ya “team eL Hotel”, sukses selaluuu :)'

'I fell in love instantly when I stumbled upon this hotel on hotel booking site and decided to book a stay. The resort is cool as it is surrounded by lot's of plants and trees. The wooden villas are cute and looked unreal, but quite spacious for 2 persons. Efficient buggy and room service via Whatsapp. Food served in the hotel restaurant was tasty, my stomach healed after trying an Indonesian drink contain cinnamon and ginger (I forgot the name, pls check my picture!) when I had stomach issue. Listening to the birds singing while watching cute cats playing hide & seek, Shanaya is a perfect choice if you want a peaceful stay and immerse yourself in the nature.'
